ReplyDeleteOut of those shows, I only know about the characters on The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. Based on previous spoilers, it makes sense that Caroline would freak out about kissing her best friend's ex-boyfriend, and then quickly move on. The question is who she would move on to. A lot of people have been waiting for Elijah and Hayley to kiss, but I can see Elijah freaking out and wanting to protect Hayley from a few feet away instead of all over her. If they're the kissers, Hayley will probably get the new love interest, unless Elijah decides to do something long-distance with Elena, who happens to be single now too.

ReplyDeleteI really hope it's not Stefan/Caroline. Stefan was JUST with Katherine and I don't think he's ever been interested in Caroline romantically - he shot her down in the pilot and I really think he sees her as his new Lexi now. Stefan is also hindered as a character because he's not allowed to move on from Elena so he and Caroline would never be allowed to have a real shot - it would just be a hook-up like Katherine or Rebekah and then their friendship would be tainted/ruined.

I guess they could also introduce a new character but the last thing she needs right now is another love interest. She hasn't been single since Season 1. ReplyDeleteIf Hayley/Elijah happens that's something that Klaus would be upset about. Of all the women on the planet his brother has to go after the one girl (in 1000 years) that he's knocked up? I could see that being a major rift and cause a lot of problems.

I could totally see Elijah freaking out and deciding not to cause a family rift. The girl is pregnant with his brother's child. I could see Elijah getting a love interest of his own. Klaus I don't think is actually going to have a legitimate love interest, Rebekah is still all hung up on Marcel or whatever so I actually think Elijah is the most likely to get a new love interest.

A kiss between these two is long overdue and the events after the kiss sound like something the show would do.
Scandal - Huck & Quinn
Huck wants Quinn dead and she's with Charlie. They're not really on the same page but it's Scandal. So much can happen in one episode, I wouldn't count them out completely.
Arrow - Felicity & Oliver
Seems a little too early for these two, I don't expect a kiss until Season 3.
The Originals - Elijah & Haley
The chemistry is there, the shipper following isthere but the circumstances are not on their side. A kiss between them, especially if Klaus were two find out, could have the potential to be life-altering.
Revenge - Emily & Nolan
I'd instantly dismiss this option but given the newest development of Emily losing her memory, I could see the show throwing a curveball like this at us.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine - Jake & Santiago
Highly unlikely, I don't see how a kiss between these two would be epic though the show is clearly setting them up to end up together at some point.
Homeland - Carrie & Quinn
The article says the kiss will happen early 2014, so why would they include a show that will air its next episode in Fall?
The Walking Dead - Daryl & Carol
I don't see it happening, mostly because I don't see either of them getting a new love interest.

But then again, Elijah is a gentleman, i don't see him making the first move to kiss Hayley, especially in their complicated position right now. And Hayley's preggers, fighting for her life, when in ALL this is she going to get a new love interest?? LOL It's just not happening. And with Elijah, when he falls for a girl, that's it. Stefan would probably be upset, but not distraught over it. I could totally see him making the move, or them going in at the same time, but i couldn't see Caroline going in for it first.
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't surprise me because everyone always seems to hook-up on TVD but I know that Stefan will never be allowed to move on from Elena and he's never seen Caroline in a romantic way (just like he never was interested in Lexi romantically) so I think it would be a bit odd. Caroline has never expressed a romantic interest in Stefan since Season 1 (where he shot her down and told her it would never happen) and believes that Stefan and Elena are soulmates.

Arrow is just in its 2nd season and they've just hugged so they still have lots of emotions to explore before a kiss. A kiss changes everything and I don't think the writers will be in such a position to change the entire dynamics just for a kiss. Danny is so cute and funny. Hope it happens :)

I always have a good laugh. Coming to olicity kiss,i want then to kiss in the 4th season. Its too long but it'll be soo worth it. Likewise i want them to kiss too but as you said its too early and it'll surely hurt their friendship. There is no going back after a kiss how much ever you tell yourself. There are only two would be couples epic enough for a first kiss on TV : one would be Carol and Daryl (The Walking Dead) and the other would be Ichabod and Abbie (Sleepy Hollow).

However, for my life, I can't picture any reason why on earth any of them would get a new love interest right after that happens so there must one of the least epic couples posing as an epic one.
I could picture Ichabod freaking out after a first kiss because he still feels married to his wife, but I can't picture any of them getting a new love interest (not after Luke, Katrina, Andy, Abbie's sister and so on).

ReplyDeleteSeason 4?? Why 4?? That's torture. lol That's me waiting for Delena all over again (oh god that took a lot of patience). The longest couple i had to wait for took 6 SEASONS!! To hook up, and when they FINALLY did, it was OFF SCREEN. (and this was the season finale) You have no idea how pissed we were about that. (This was Bones btw, tied with House and Cuddy but at least they kissed in the season 6 finale and it was on screen) Anyways, I don't want that to happen with Olicity. And i think that when they finally do kiss, i think it'll make their relationship even stronger. Idt it'll ruin anything.
I secretly feel like Diggs, is okay with it too. I mean he sees it. (How can you not?) When they argue he backs off. When it comes to a decision about Ollie, Diggle is always asking Felicity what do you want to do?? Like he waits for Felicity to have the final word before proceeding with drastic measures. Diggle/Felicity have a brother/sister bond and i adore that about them, but i want Diggle to speak up and say something!! Haha ya know?

ReplyDeleteHey Shannon, I am going to chime in only your Olicity convo if I may? … I totally agree that Diggle is a secret Olicity shipper ;) . When Oliver was with Helena, and Laurel too, he voiced his concern and disapproval, but he has yet to do so with Felicity. I've heard that Diggle will mention to Oliver about his "jealousy" in a coming episode, but whether that will come with a fair warning about Felicity, I don't know.
ReplyDeleteLast episode, I too noticed that Diggle was asking Felicity what to do in terms of saving Oliver's life, so I am going to be the hopeful dreamer and say it's because he aware of that further bond the two share because that's the kind of thing you ask significant others in similar situations. I also noticed, since last season, that Diggs has always let Felicity speak her mind to Oliver and stays out of their lover's quarrels.
I completely agree that it would be far too soon for Oliver and Felicity to kiss, because neither are sure or willing to admit to being more than friends despite the obvious. I think that will happen next season if the writers give them the chance.
So as for the options, I am unsure which couple will kiss, but I am fairly certain it won't be Oliver/Felicity or Hayley/Elijah.
Yes,I've met a whole bunch on twitter and half my followers on tumblr are Olicity fans! It's torture,I hear you. But it's worth it like you said. I'm the only one wants Olicity in s4.I wouldn't mind a kkiss in s3 thou'. But Oliver's got so many gf's so it might be tough to juggle all of them. Just saying.I want Olicity as end game for sure. He even lets Felicity make the call to tell Barry and even let her bring him in to save Oliver's life. Sounds like Diggle wants Oliver to marry Felicity at this point. Did you see his expression when they hugged? It was like "MARRIED B*****S"!! It's a really cute r/p for diggle and Felicity. So they're always there to save Oliver from further heartbreak.

Oliver is single!! And by the way Laurel keeps looking at B.B. She's surely not thinking of Oliver at this point. GOOD!! B/c sadly given that Laurel is BC (ugh) they'll have to be end game. But for now...I truly, truly truly, believe that Oliver is more concerned with Felicity's well being than Laurel's and i love it. I mean you can really see how his feelings shifted for Felicity. I just want Olicity to have another hug!! I couldn't believe that no one noticed that THAT, was their first hug!!! I was all, "Their first hug of many" I thought it was so cute. Oliver is single but the chance of him hooking up with any of his exes is quite high. Laurel and Blood should be together. I would like them to be together. He takes really good care of her. Hope you read all the spoilers for next episode. It seems the Lauriver romance angle is not going to be playing out so soon. And Barry plays a big role in Felicity's life and some scenes are great for Olicity next episode.

Oliver has too many things to worry about.He has feelings for Felicity and I also think Laurel and Oliver will become a pair in the end how much ever I want Olicity to be endgame. Laurel will become black Canary but not this season for sure. She's having a lot of heart break now.
I feel Felicity giving a kiss to oliver on his cheek would be liike WTF! and I would probably die. But she won't FOR NOW! That Olicity hug was sooooo good! I loved the way he lowered his voice when saying "No" while hugging. I was jumping up and down! From now on Olicity will be hugging often.It'll become something very common to them like touching her shoulder.(;P) or having intense eye to eye staring competitions.
Oliver wasn't acting like a dick when he didn't reply to Fleicity when she said promise me. He didn't want to give her high hopes that he would be alive as he knew the risks of that operation. But he looked at her lips and so did she. So what do we understand? Oliver wants to kiss her before any mission probably. (my imagination is soaring)
You think it's not possible? Diggle telling Oliver he likes her? Diggle will. Oliver NEVER sees what's in front of him until Diggle says it or Felicity does(but she won't) By s4 Oliver will say he likes her and s5 he'll say he loves her like you said :)

ReplyDeleteI definitely think that it will be Diggs who plays cupid for Olicity, because he's the person (other than Felicity) whose advice he listens to. He can relate to Oliver with a lot of things, he's his confidante with many things now, if not everything.
I thought I read somewhere that Oliver is meant to being "playing the field" this season with more women other than just Isabel, unless the writers have changed that?? But I think it would be a bit douchey (although he has no obligation to Felicity) given Felicity's speech after the Isabel incident.
I think I shipped Laurel more with Tommy than I did with Oliver and that wasn't because I ship Oli with Felicity, I thought he was better for her with less tortured love kind of thing. Despite Blood being the bad guy, I see more chemistry with them and I do with her and Oliver; their scenes have just been awkward. I know Laurel will eventually become BC and she and Oliver will undoubtably be endgame but I would be lying if I didn't hope that Felicity and Oliver would have the greater relationship that spanned over seasons.
I think a kiss on the cheek between Olicity would be a little awkward. If and when they kiss I would hope it's a proper kiss that's properly reciprocated by both parties ;) .

ReplyDeleteI've watched The Originals, and some people might think it's too soon for Hayley and Elijah to kiss, but that show doesn't beat around the bush. It looked like the characters were about to kiss at the end of the last episode, but they got interrupted by the father of the baby walking nearby. Now Elijah got invited to live in the house with Hayley and anything can happen at anytime. If they do kiss, Elijah's obsession with saving his brother will most likely cause him to freak out due to guilt or shame. IF we're putting aside the fact that Hayley is pregnant with Elijah's brother's child, which those two characters have both been clearly doing since Rebekah gave her two cents to Elijah. The last few minutes of the latest episode tells me that Hayley and Elijah will kiss very soon or will not kiss at all. There have also been hints dropped that there could be a psychological or possibly mystical explanation for Elijah's feelings about Hayley.

From what I understand, the EPs of TVD have yet to find a new love interest for Caroline, and I don't see who would be a new love interest for Stefan at this point, unless it's the sister of Caroline's upcoming gay friend, which would be way out of left field.

Ya know as much as i liked to believe that Blood was actually there to check on Laurel, i have to say i think his SOLE purpose was to check on his mole cop, and make sure the "mission" was complete. I mean maybe on some level, he did want to check on her. But i think his main agenda with that crooked cop, was his main reason. We shall see. Actually it's really not uncommon for some men to play the field, when they can't have what they want. I mean he doesn't even know how he feels yet. So he can't really go after her. I just kept thinking wow, is this ship really that bad I thought you these couples had devout fans? lol Buttt I see that Homeland, apparently the season has ended. So no way it could be them. Ok so technically, even though it's not physically crossed off..Homeland is OFF this list, leaving us with Six more couples!!! Yay!!

ReplyDeleteSorry i went back to sleep, i was tired. Anyways the last remaining couples Would be Haylijah, Steroline, Olicity, and Danny and Mindy. I'm ruling out Haylijah, cuz it's just not happening now. I feel really strongly about that. Idk about the Mindy Project, but i can't rule them out b/c of their returning date. Jan 7th, that's really freaking early in the new yr. But they have a few episodes in Jan. Anyways, i'm very certain it's Olicity.

I really hope you are right although I am beginning to think it will be sleepy hollow it would explain the freaking out part, I only watched two episodes of that show but I know ichabod is still in love with his wife so he would surely freak out and feel guilty.
ReplyDeletehaha u wake up when i finally start getting tired. I'll converse for an extra 20 or so. it's 4:11am now. Anyways, ugh!! this is what's bothering me, he's stillllll under the illusion that he's married. it's very annoying. When/IF they bring her ass out of limbo or w/e then we'll see. But i'm not convinced it would be them (even though i want it to happen very badly). i was thinking about it, now the last episode...well wait, r u planning to catch up on this show or no?? ok let me rephrase this...ok Ichabod is left with a very heavy decision, in my eyes i see it as a huge ultimatum. Now, if he has no choice but to choose the WRONG choice, then i could see Ichabbie kissing. But as much chemistry as Ichabbie have, realistically (looking back on it) Abbie hasn't given a lot of signs that she's into Ichabod. I mean FFS, she has yet to call him by his first name!! (i am dying for that btw). I think Ichabod has more feelings on his side for her than she does for him, atm. But the fact that he brings up this chick's name every five minutes. Really just ugh!! ya know??

I am planning on catching up on the episodes I missed i wasn't really into the show but everybody kept saying how great it it so I think I'll give it another try especially after the WRONG choice you mentioned I have NO choice but to watch LOL
yeah i did. haha i wanted to say it w/o ruining anything. Plus i'm on my phone (turned my laptop off, and sometimes when i text too fast, on here the words jumble and i have to go back and fix it before i post it. But yeah, so u'll really like the show. It's very good. it's cute. Tom mison really does a fantastic job. And they're some great one liners. lol but it's much more than that. It's a great monster-of-the- week show. and the storylines all collide together, (not many plotholes).
