THE TEAM DISCOVERS HUMAN REMAINS HIT BY LIGHTNING ON AN ALL-NEW "BONES" FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, ON FOX

Richard Schiff ("The West Wing") and U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist McKayla Maroney Guest-Star

The Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of a nationally ranked gymnast, whose remains were hit by lightning and scattered throughout a public park. Although evidence points to a fellow gymnast (guest star Maroney) as the key suspect, Brennan and Booth discover the victim was leading a double life. Meanwhile, Booth gets upset when Brennan shows surprising empathy for the victim's father (guest star Schiff), and Cam confronts the woman who stole her identity in the all-new "The Spark in the Park" episode of BONES airing Friday, Dec. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.   1. This sounds really good. You can imagine Booth being upset when Brennan empathizes with a man who doesn't seem to care his daughter is dead. We know she apparently sees her "old" self in this man burying his emotions. Real potential here.

    Can't wait to see this! I'm intrigued by the prospect of Booth irritated with Brennan over her empathy for the father.Hmmmm.

  4. I agree with you completely! Feels like a missed opportunity for all the reasons you just mentioned.


    They did the same thing when Bones herself was on the run from Pelant, she was on the run, out of her comfort zone with her dad, taking various jobs left and right and we never really saw any of it. Which I feel, also, was a missed opportunity.
