  2. I know these are fan submitted and I appreciate it, I really do,. But come on, no Buffy? are you for real? come on, be serious: we are one of the most obnoxiously vocal fandoms, of course we are going to be clamoring ;D

  3. Where is FRINGE?????

    ReplyDelete
  4. Veronica Mars, Buffy(but only if James is back as Spike), Moonlight( best show that Alex has been in, just one year to soon before the vampire crazy hit.)

I don't know if it'd get fan support, but LOST would create a LOT of buzz.

  6. I went for other: the thing that came immediately to mind for me was Firefly.

    ReplyDelete
  7. For me personally, Leverage returning would be awesome, but it's pretty obvious to me that the show which would get the most buzz would definitely be Firefly so I picked other.

  8. Out of the options I picked OTH. Loved that show, if it ever came back with a really great storyline it would have a big fan following too.

Other: FRIENDS! One of the most epic shows to have aired, and with so many rumors, I wish it would happen and with the same cast. The makers have very openly said it will never happen though :(

I haven't seen Buffy/Firefly/X-Files but I am sure that a comeback would get A LOT of fan support and buzz.

Personally, I'd want Desperate Housewives/Lost/Rules of Engagement to come back too. Loved all three!
SO glad 24 is coming back.

  9. Twin peaks ♥

    ReplyDelete
  10. Firefly!!! Browncoats would go nuts.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Firefly would generate a lot of buzz, but also CSI: Miami would be perfectly capable of getting a lot of fan (and hater) attention.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Friends is one of my least favorite comedies. Happy endings is my favorite. Go figure.

    ReplyDelete
  13. BUFFY, Firefly & Fringe.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Strange list of choices there. I think it depends if rebooted then a lot of the buzz would be negative! But say if Joss Whedon decided to get the gang back together for a new Buffy season then the internet might explode.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Firefly -- how is that not even on the list?

    ReplyDelete
  16. t's OK, to each his own. But for me, Friends will never stop being a phenomenon and I think million others agree with me.

  17. Twin Peaks and Buffy.

As someone mentioned there would be a lot of negative buzz for many reboots, retools, remakes, etc. Firefly because it would mean Castle would be cancelled. Buffy because it'd likely be a remake and loyal fans would rebel.

  19. Firefly, Babylon 5, Angel or Buffy for me!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Buffy, Veronica Mars...

    ReplyDelete
  21. Jericho, Alias, Bab 5, Stargate SG1, BSG, Twin Peaks, Lost and Fringe

    ReplyDelete
  22. Stargate and Charmed,maybe Lost!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Probably Buffy and Charmed.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Agreed. Every time there is a rumor of s Friends reunion, the whole internet starts buzzing about it.

The O.C., One Tree Hill and Charmed for me. I really think they could do that for The O.C. Its been 10 years since it began and people still love it. Same for OTh and 15 years for Charmed, The actors for these three shows also want to do something like a reunion

    ReplyDelete
  26. Firefly!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Chuck has so many stories which could be exploited.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would love a LOST reboot but i cant see that happening so i think a firefly reboot for me would be the next best thing.

    ReplyDelete
  29. FRINGE!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. They could make another firefly movie - than castle would not have to be cancelled. It could even take place before the 1. Movie so that wash could still be alive 😉

    ReplyDelete
  31. I believe Pushing Daisies would get a lot of support. Chuck too

    ReplyDelete
  32. Other: Veronica Mars and Firefly! :)

    ReplyDelete
  33. None of these shows strike me as really "big"... it takes a huge following, or at least a devoted cult one, to create significant buzz. See Veronica Mars. I'm thinking a show like Buffy or Fringe could do it.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Twin Peaks! Great Show...Also, The Prisoner.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I like the way you think! It has such potential as a remake.

    ReplyDelete
  36. One Tree Hill and The OC because I feel that there were more stories to tell also with Charmed because they could have a spin off with there children and have the original cast guest spot every now and then

I think there is such a huge Fan base for the Charmed Series, i think this show would be awesome if they brought it back onto TV...

    ReplyDelete
  38. No, continuation. A remake would be awful. The actors are what made the show (at least for me).

    ReplyDelete
  39. I´m a big Twin Peaks fan, but I´m not so sure a remake is a good idea. Nothing could ever live up to the previous cast, dialog, writing, music ect. It is just a perfect peace of art.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ugh...

The only shows on that poll that I even liked were EUReKA and Chuck, and BOTH of those shows ended perfectly, and couldn't be any better than they were already. So I guess out of those Chuck would be the buzzworthy one concidering it was the internet fans who kept it alive.

    I voted "Other".

I think if there was a retooling, of LOST it would create a HUGE buzz. Same goes for Fringe. Although it isn't necessarily needed for Fringe in my opinion since I adored the ending, but it would create a buzz on the internet. LOST on the other hand would benefit in the long run with a retooling. A Next Generation type scenario, one that does due diligence to answering some of the bigger mysteries left unanswered by the original.

Another good candidate (pun intended) would be The Twilight Zone, with JJ Abrams and Bad Robot at the helm. A weekly anthology series just like the old one, but up to date.

    ReplyDelete
  41. It does not matter if the original actors were used.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Chuck, but only if it was a continuation. The cast made that show.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I think Chuck, EUReKA, and Stargate SG-1/Atlantis would create a lot of buzz if they came back.

Chuck, One Tree Hill, and I voted for other because I would love to see: Fringe, LOST, and FRINGE again.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I think you're right.

    ReplyDelete
  46. One Tree Hill and 7th Heaven

    ReplyDelete
  47. Firefly. X-Files needs a third movie and closure. Angel deserved a proper ending at the time. Chuck would be cool too.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I like how the Buffy fans are just flat-out lying. Every time the possibility of a remake/reboot is announced they backlash is swift and brutal. Just look at the comments on the recent reboot attempt.

The same thing, to a lesser extent, for continuations. They aren't harsh or brutal, but no one wants to see 50-year old looking Angel and Spike playing 25 year olds.

  49. Leverage for me without a doubt best tv series around. I so miss the characters and the amazing cons

    ReplyDelete
  50. Leverage by far! We still haven't up so we're 1 step ahead!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Firefily! :) or Buffy

    ReplyDelete
  52. Dead Like Me & Merlin :)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Leverage definitely as fans are still fighting to bring back their show in any format. Leverage is the first show to win a People's Choice Award after being canceled, so that must tell you something

    ReplyDelete
  54. I voted for Leverage because it was my favourite show EVER. I still miss the show, the cast of 'characters' and the actors, themselves. Frequently watching my DVD's from all 5 seasons is great 'n all, but I need me some new episodes with the same cast. The show was only canceled 13 months ago, so the actors haven't gotten too old to do their 'thang'. And Christian Kane's character 'Eliot', can still kick the s..t out of the bad guys ;-) .

    ReplyDelete
  55. At least we are getting a 'Veronica Mars' movie. Who knows, if the movie does well enough, maybe a 'reboot' wouldn't be out of the 'realm of possibility'. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  56. It has got to be Leverage, emphatically!! This show needs a continuation, with the same team, immediately. There was nothing better on TV for good, clean family entertainment.

Leverage has only been gone 1 year, and 3 weeks (not that we're counting). The show could be easily brought back. Their shooting schedule was only 6 months long for a whole season. Surely someone out there wants our Fab Five back in action?

    ReplyDelete
  59. #Leverage best show on tv should have never been cancelled!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Leverage had so much life left in it, would love to see it return & maybe get some backstory on the characters

    ReplyDelete
  61. Firefly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Firefly. The Internet would literally explode with fan joy.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Leverage, Moonlight.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Leverage for me. I really want a Parker-Hardison-Eliot spin-off. I think Chuck would do well as a TV movie too. As for Monk, they left him in such a good place, I think I would rather leave him there, although it was a fantastic show. As for other, I think they could make several Veronica Mars TV movies as well and get a lot of buzz now that the movie is coming out.

leverage was the best and it was my highlight of the week to watch I loved it Bring it back

  66. Jonathan_Andre8 April 2014 at 05:56

other than veronica mars, 24 and arrested development, i'd say the one that'll create the most buzz over the internet will probably be chuck. that show has been on the bubble for its entire run, and the finale was certainly split down the middle in terms of its reception to the fans. a great closure would be great, seeing sarah get her memories back.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Firefly!
As much as I loved them, for me Chuck and Fringe had great endings.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Definitely Chuck.

But others would be Charmed, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives, Buffy, and UGLY BETTY!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ohh, yes, definitely. But it'd be hard because Friends would never ever ever be the same without the same cast. They tried to remake Friends a lot of time, look at Happy Endings and some other failed comedies that were about a group of friends being silly and quirky with each other. They couldn't at the slightest imitate what and how Friends was.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Legend of the Seeker. If it gets a season 3, but one which stays closer to the books and their violent/grim vibe, it can easily get the same amount of attention (and probably same audience) as Game of Thrones.
