  1. Astrid seeing Stephen teleport could go either way and that's why it gets my vote. It was the most intriguing momentof the episode.

  2. when they pretend to shoot Stephen. and when stephen freeze time to help Cara.

  3. That scene where Stephen gives Cara the shot was really chilling, and then to find out it was a fake-out was very clever. However, I think they should've waited a little before revealing that, doing it in the very next scene was a little lame.
I also liked Jedekiah's torment of that guy before having his powers removed, and all of the flashbacks. I really like Cara (and Peyton List's performance) so far so I'm glad they delved into her character this week. Oh, and about the flashbacks - I forgot TTP can't kill. Now I'm curious how Cara could've killed that guy with her powers. Is she somehow special, like Stephen?

  4. That was my second favorite scene. I liked how well acted it was.

  5. I agree that they could have draw out the suspense awhile. It is very suspicious that Cara could kill the guy. Perhaps it will be a case where tehy cannot consciously kill but they can accidentally kill someone.

  6. I had to go for the obvious one, Stephen pretends to shoot Cara with the anti-power serum, but stops time to change it to saline, because I really didn't see it coming and because I thought it was awesome!

  7. Coming to think about it, TTP being able to kill accidentally if not intentionally would also explain Ultra's determination to hunt them down. If their actions can't result in someone else's death even by accident, that does make them less considerably less dangerous, and in turn makes Ultra more one-dimensionally evil. They have to pose a realistic threat to society to give Ultra a legitimate cause, thereby making things more grey and complex.

  8. Agreed. Ultra is coming off a little cartoonish in their evil so I would like to see some justification besides jelaousy to fuel such a bloodthirsty revenge. If it ends up that Stephen's dad accidentally killed someone Jedikiah knew, there would be more purpose behind his rampage.

  9. It was a well-acted twist that came across as believable and suspenseful. Kudos to all involved in it.

  10. Agree. And it never occurred to me that he could use time travel up until the moment of the reveal, even though they made a point of mentioning time travel earlier in the episode. That's good writing right there

  11. I thought of it as she was struggling but not before then. Smart move on their part to make it look so convincing instead of having us watch it happen when he did it.
