Good! I was worried there for a while.
ReplyDeleteI love that Will McAvoy himself is breaking the news, I hope he double-checked his sources first.
ReplyDeleteHBO will hopefully make it official soon. I'm digging this 2nd season, it improves on season 1, especially thanks to the story arc on Genoa. It looks like this is it for the Occupy Wall Street storyline, and it feels like they could have done more with that. Maybe a result of the episode cut from 10 to 9 eps.
As for the Africa/Romney stories, I much preferred that to Maggie & Jim's will they / won't they of season 1. They're not Jim & Pam, and this isn't a comedy (though I do love the occasional joke lost in the flow of Sorkin's words), the show is at it's best when it's dealing with important stuff, not relationship turmoil.
YES!!!!! I was beginning to worry.... I even e-mailed Ausiello in the weekend hoping to at least get an update on how things were looking for the renewal.
ReplyDeleteAfter a rocky and uneven first season the show is shooting on all cylinders the second time around and I can't wait for more!!!!
Woohoo! so happy!
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm glad. I really enjoy watching the show!
ReplyDeleteGreat news!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy, we usually have to worry for good quality tv so I was definitely worried about The newsroom. Hope they keep surprising me.
ReplyDeleteI love the show's intelligence as well as the Wiil/Mac relationship. Their chemistry and drive is the heart of
