Breaking Bad‘s final two episodes are going to be big — literally.
AMC is expanding this Sunday’s penultimate episode and next week’s series finale to 75 minutes each including commercials.

I checked & it's official. Last 2 #BreakingBad eps are 75 minutes each w/commercials. Set your DVRS accordingly. Better still, watch live!

OMG YEEEEES! THIS WILL BE GREAT, BUT ALSO DEPRESSING!
ReplyDeleteSo, they added an extra 15 minutes of commercials?
ReplyDeleteMore Breaking Bad is always a good thing! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh yes remember Vince saying this before the season aired, he said they were like 6 minutes over their usual time for the last two eps
ReplyDeleteThey are adding 9 minutes of commercials, and 6 minutes of additional episode.
ReplyDeleteCommercials shouldn't be allowed during Series Finales, really.
ReplyDeleteMan, people REALLY wanna buy ads for these last two episodes, don't they? AMC is probably making a fortune to be willing to expand the show.
ReplyDeleteHere are my predictions:
ReplyDelete--Skyler gets arrested after the Feds feel that she isn't cooperating sufficiently; the house/car wash/family assets are seized due to their connection with drug activity.
--Flynn and Holly go to stay with Marie.
--Nazis show up at the Schrader's for the Pinkman tape, mistakenly believing no one is home, and end up having to kill Marie and at least one of the White kids (probably Flynn). House probably is burned down to destroy evidence.
--Heisenberg saga makes news/headlines, Walt gets famous, Skyler also becomes famous--but is in jail. Jack has Skyler whacked.
--Meanwhile, Jesse bides his time with Todd, cooking with him and learning what he can about Todd's and Jack's patterns and movements. In the last episode, Jesse kills Todd and escapes to Brock's house.
--Walt watches from hiding as his family is destroyed, and accelerates his plans for revenge against the Nazis. He makes arrangements for the M60 and reaches out to Saul, blackmailing him to get information on the movement of the Nazis.
--Walt arranges to encounter Lydia and ricins her tea.
--The Nazis find Todd and go to Brock's house--where Jesse has fled, intending to get Brock and his mom out.
--Walt follows Nazis to Brock's house, and the stage is set for the final confrontation.
--Walt kills all the Nazis, Jack's last, but Walt is fatally wounded. Walt spares Jesse and dies.
--Jesse lives, escaping with Brock and mom.
--Holly becomes a ward; adopted by Gretchen....?
THE END
