Alexandra Metz (Chicago Fire) has booked an arc on the CW’s Vampire Diaries spinoff series The Originals. She plays Katie, a beautiful and mysterious witch with a hidden agenda that will have shocking ramifications for the supernatural community of New Orleans.

    For a show that supposedly has all the New Orleans witches on lockdown, there are an inordinate amount of them who are seemingly able to cause trouble anyway.
