Interested in how they're visited by those outside the dome.
ReplyDeleteSo electrical items only explode when they are close to the inner side of the dome?
ReplyDeleteThe people inside talk to their loved ones like Barbie "talked" to the fireman in the first episode - by writing/typing messages on paper or tablets and then holding them up to each other through the dome. They can't hear each other through the dome.
ReplyDeleteMakes sense. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteJoe's mom and dad will be there (I assume they are also Angie's parents). Also Norrie's dad.
ReplyDeleteWill Joe finally realize he hasn't seen his sister Angie for three days now?
ReplyDeleteYes! That is my question too. The dome descends, she's his only family inside, yet he doesn't try to contact her. Really?
ReplyDeleteYep, in the show they're Angie's parents, too.
ReplyDelete**SPOILER BELOW**
According to the casting sides, when Angie doesn't show up to see their parents, Joe starts to get really suspicious because he thinks there's no way she would have missed their visit. Joe asks Junior about when he last saw Angie, but Junior tells him he hasn't seen her in 2 days.
**END SPOILER**
So it is notes they use... I was hoping Ms.Engineer merely figured out a way to reverse the radio signal and actually got telecommunications going....
ReplyDeleteThat's true. She's being generally flaky isn't enough for a reason under these circumstances.
ReplyDeleteYes, even if Angie is normally not one for keeping in touch, circumstances have changed so drastically that keeping in touch would seem a priority. If no one notices she's missing during the epidemic, I'm going to call foul.
