I'm so disappointed in the development of the Rico character. He was fun in the pilot but they've transformed him into this program's designated downer.

Yeah, Rico and the whole show for that matter. When I watched the pilot I imagine this series was going to be about a boy who returns from juvie and then gets caught in a murder investigation with him as the only suspect. though that is certainly what the show is about, things are moving incredibly slow. what drew me into this show was Danny's character and so far we don't know anything new about Danny, how juvie affected him, his life before and the events that led to him killing his aunt. like give me the person juvie honed instead of the question mark. right now i feel like the show is one cliche fest which has completely destroyed the premised established by the pilot.

So the Danny/Lacey tape is getting out! The last episode was slow mystery wise and this one sounds the same.
