Hi folks,

Yesterdays poll saw two of the most convincing wins of the competition so far, as Supernatural and Breaking Bad cleared up their polls. both shows gave strong performances, which should set up an exciting next round clash between the two.

Today sees two brand new entrants to the competition, with Elementary taking on last years 10th placed Hawaii 5-0. The second new entrant is Orphan Black, the sci-fi thriller garnering lots of praise for it's lead actress, which is taking on one of the behemoths of the TV Series Competition, the show which has finished in the top ten every year of the competition thus far, LOST.

For anyone who missed the opening day, these are the rules of the competition:

1) Two shows will go into battle in a poll, where after exactly 24 hours, the leading show will win the battle and will progress into the next round.
2) Vote for you favourite, spread the word with your friends & fans.
3) Comment on what you voted for on in the comments below.
4) Have fun. This is a friendly & competitive competition.

    I've been planning on watching Hawaii 5-0 for a while now, so that got my vote.
    Lost is one of the greatest tv shows of all time, there was really no other choice.

    LOST is still my all time favorite show and I rewatch at least once a year sometimes twice. I voted for Hawaii Five-0 in the other poll even though I'm getting a little tired of how repetitive the show is becoming with catching the bad guy at the end of every episode I've enjoyed it more then Elementary although I did think Elementary started getting really good by the end of the first season.

    I never finished Lost - I have always wanted to come back and do so. I went with Elementary (b/c I haven't seen Hawaii Five-0) and Orphan Black (b/c I am amazed at the main actress).

    Second poll - has to be LOST all the way! Although I really want to check out Orphan Black soon, it sounds cool.


    Love to see Lost win this competition at least once, not sure if it will happen though :/

    I would like to see Orphan Black advance in the competition but unfortunately i could never vote against Lost.. I can't really say i care about any of the CBS procedurals but Elementary is much better than Hawaii 5-0 so it gets my vote

    Oh, man! How could you guys pin Orpahn Black against LOST so soon! Of course I picked Lost, bit I would have picked OB against so many other shows!


    I also picked the Hawaii Five-O because I have seen more of that then Elementary.

    As much as I like OB, Lost is my irreplaceable BFF, number one of all times IMO. I just think that OB is the best new TV show these days. Amazing performance, such a fast and full-of-surprises plot, no filler episodes, every detail is important - These arr all thing I can't truly say about Lost, but in the other hand there are so many more things I can say about Lost that I can't say about OB...

    I actually really wanted to see more of it, because of Johnny Lee Miller! He was an interesting antagonist on season 5 of Dexter with an alias of "Jordan Chase". I'm not a real big fan of Lucy Lu, though. She just seems to play real cut throat roles that don't tend to have a lot of depth IMO, but maybe she's more light-hearted here?

    LOST was my first TV show that I ever went back and watched the whole 6 seasons to catch up to watch the series finale live. I was only 14 years old when LOST ended and I still remember how I felt when it was over. It truly is an unforgettable experience.

    I was never a fan of Lucy Lu either until she was in Southland.In Elementary they both have their own issues which i find interesting as i watch it unfold.She isn't cut throat in this show,that's for sure..

    Ugh this poll (well the second poll) is killing me. Lost has been such a huge part of my life since it started, years of speculation and obsession. There were times where my faith in it wavered though, but I love it.



    But Orphan Black, while having only 1 season, kept me enthralled through every single episode. Lost was similar in that the first season, the mysteries and the characters kept me enthralled.


    All in all, I have to go with Lost since it had more, but I have no doubt Orphan Black will be a force to reckon with in future years.

    Not voting for the first. They're on the EXACT same boat for me, and even though both are decent I don't care enough about either to vote.


    Second: ORPHAN BLACK (though I know it doesn't stand a chance in hell to win against Lost. But I still like it more in it's one season of 10 episodes, than I ever did Lost....)

    Wasn't here for this one, but I wanted H50 and Lost to win, so I got my way! Honorable mention to Orphan Black, one of my favorite recent shows, and possibly one of my favorite current shows The problem is that it is up the only show I will never vote against. Lost was my favorite TV show ever and I suspect it will always be. The experience I had with it transcended the experience I have with TV shows. Oh I miss Lost. Anyway, good results.
