  1. The "Twist and Turns" of this series, thanks to excellent acting and writing! How many killers do we have now? The scenes with Sonya, Marco, and "The Real Lone Ranger" Ted Levine are great, give us more! That lady went out like "MuthaTrunka Soldier", it's just to bad that A$$#0L3 killed her. Can't wait until next Wednesday! 4 THE BRIDGE TOLL, I am still, Nobody!!!

  2. Sonya attempt to get the Newspaper guy to crack backfired when she allowed him to learn of the manifesto of the killer. I loved how Sonya picked up a guy had sex then returned to her police photos.

  3. One of the object lessons you see with Sonya and is true of many AS people is lack of understanding of consequences. In the scene with the interrogation she had only one objective. To get the newspaper guy to crack by playing the manifesto. She did not think through the idea that she was giving away privileged information. Next scene was in Mexico police station where her questions on why the girl's murder was not investigated to the Corrupt Captain of the police were making Marco very uncomfortable. Sonya's lack of understanding Mexican culture and nuances were very glaring there too. Because of her questions Marco could fear for his life and those he loves, Another incident was her questioning why someone would call to interrupt an investigation. This is another example of the single mindedness of some AS. Some call it laser focus. Which is strange because it excludes other information which could become helpful. But also as ADD people AS do have certain problems with maintaining focus on the long range goals.

  4. I am enjoying the changes to this version quite a bit!

I am glad they kept in some of the more iconic scenes like Sonya realizing she could use a roll in bed and going out to get it! XD

The utilitarian aspect of her doing only enough to accomplish what she wanted is so interesting and amusing to me. No distractions. Just "Hi, want to have sex?" and once the act is completed her interest is over. He can stay or go, take interest in her work or not. Her goal was achieved, she's done! XD

I also liked how they kept the poisoning story in this series compared to the original where homeless people drank poisoned alcohol.

Two awesome episodes is a nice way to begin the series!!

  5. Sonya's "Buttie Call Scene" was all kinds of awkward and funny rolled up into one (LOL)! And I know this is wrong, but during Sonya's "Sex and After Sex Scene" I kept thinking about............. HEATHER KUZMICH FROM ANTM CYCLE 9! All during those scenes Heather K. just kept popping up in my head...............sorry. 4 THE BRIDGE TOLL, I remain Nobody!!!

  6. That is an example of what I called the Laser focus. She wanted sex and went out a got it. Now that is checked off in her head she reverts to the next objective in the list. Lists are very important. They give a way to prioritize events and situations.

  7. Good of you to provide the "Play by Play" on Sonya's AS scenes. My only real concern with this series was what kind of killer we had, but with this episode (S1 E2) we could have as many as 2 or 3 killers this season. Is it me or does the killer looking for the girl (in Mexico) look like Karl Urban (Dredd 3D, Star Trek)? 4 THE BRIDGE TOLL, I am still Nobody!!!
