    Easily Alphas and a "Oldie but a Goodie"................FOREVER KNIGHT! A cop/vampire series from the 90's with a strong influence from "Lost Boys". But then Lost Boys reinvented the vampire mystic and the rest is as they say history! 4 A SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE, I am Nobody!!!

    I'm not even sure you could rate some as cliffhangers since they were cancelled before given a chance to even have a cliffhanger...I'll go with Alphas and Other-Stargate Universe.

    Dark Angel and Kyle XY have been the worst for me, that I've seen.


    Terra Nova I never got around to seeing the final 2 episodes after I found out it got cancelled. I did really love the show though. It's a shame dinosaur plots don't go down as well on TV as in the movies. I love that stuff.



    Dead Zone I watched too, but it has been so long, and I was a kid. I forgot how it ended. I only remember being satisfied. Maybe I didn't see the final episode?

    For me it is the one that left you most frustrated because you were never going to get the answers you needed because of cancellation. Creating a huge cliffhanger that the series ends on is one of my biggest TV pet peeves.

    I don't think the dinosaurs are why Terra Nova had issues. It was their determination to focus so much on the annoying family instead of adventures in a new land. It needed far more action and quicker progress with the mytharc.

    Alphas was a head-scratcher that requires explanation. Sadly we won't be getting it.


    Dead Zone - oh gods what I wouldn't give to get more of it as well as explanations. Such a good show.



    THe 4400 - less "cliffhanger" and more of an "infuriating season ender". Would have loved to see a final wrap-up season ala Fringe.

    Kyle Xy so much you dont know about what happens next. Dark Angel it did end nice, but i still would have like to know what happens next, did they ever find a cure. The Secret Cirle, what happens next with the other brothers and sisters of cassie. Nine lives of Chloe King, i would have loved to see what happens after he died because of the kiss. And Alec finding the others bleeding.

    I still haven't recovered from Dark Angel. It left me with so many questions about Max's abilities and their future. I wish they would've done a mini-series or TV movie to wrap things up.

    For a cliffhanger that's just plain bad, I have to go with Alcatraz. I don't think we learned a single important thing besides "here's a control deck" and "the main character was being spied on for reasons", and then they try to create tension by having what essentially is the main character be stabbed and left for dead. If it had been the Sam Neill character, I would have bought that he could die, but because it was the "main character", you know they had the magic reset button set up and ready to go as soon as they got the greenlight for season 2.

    Now, for a cliffhanger that was good and made the cancellation worse, I have to go with Terminator. I did not see the revelation that John Henry and the T-1001 were the GOOD guys coming, and I was seriously impressed by the decision to abandon the established Terminator canon and have the "world without John Connor" that got replaced at the last second in the movie franchise for the status quo. Wanted to see more of that, and I was hoping that there would be a followup comic series.

    YES. I was so mad about Alcatraz getting the ax! Especially with the way they left her, stabbed by her GRANDFATHER on the side of the road. LOVED that show and would have loved to see what they had planned for the next season :(

    Kyle XY's cliffhanger was a terrible way to "end' (until it is revived) such an inspirational series. Since Kyle represents the potential of our species, it is disheartening to see him falter in such a critical way. Even though fans know that Kyle's higher self will win out over his lower self (showing how even the best of us can be tempted to act in a way that is below us we can overcome and triumph over our lower selves) it would be wonderful to see how Kyle deals with the revelation made in the last few seconds of season three and to see how he will more positively solve the problems that he must face.

    Definitely Dark Angel. I still can't believe that show was cancelled. Pushing Daisies also ended too abruptly.


    I really think that cancelled shows should make a better effort at closure. I know the writers don't care about the viewers once the show is cancelled, but having good closure is also to their benefit. When I'm trying to select an entire cancelled series to watch, I generally avoid the ones that ended abruptly without closure. I learned my lesson from Dark Angel!

    I was really upset with how Surface ended. It had so much potential, even though there were some problems -- but they could have been easily fixed in the next season.

    we where originally suppose to get 5 seasons that was the writers original plan and that was suppose to be the mid point of season 3 but the writers and actors all got told half way through filming those episodes that there was nothing they could do to finish it thats why abc family sucks they cancel great shows way to early

    Kyle XY - They tell you how it was gonna end but thats not enough. We wanted to see what would happened between Kyle and his "brother", which girl Kyle would choose, see Kyle grow up and progress and what he decides to do with his gift but no. A show about a pregnant teenager takes Kyle XY's ratings and ABC Family cancels the show not even letting them have a closing episode, season or tv film. No. Just END! So I vote Kyle XY WORST CLIFFHANGER and ABC Family WORST TELEVISION CHANNEL BECAUSE THEY CANCELED THE BEST SHOW EVER !!!

    back then abc family was a pretty small network in comparison to today,and if the show didn't have enough views or etc. they'd eventually cancel the show (which i'm btw not happy about) the producers of the show tried to give us some closure in an extra material video which is about how the show would have gone on. If they'd start showing the show on abc family again i bet it would be very popular and they might continue the show. Or at least what i hoped for, a Movie which would be a flash forward (since they all got older) , but that would be hard to arrange since they all are busy people. so if you are missing kyle xy you could always watch the new shows with the xy members. ex: baby daddy ( jean-luc bilodeau aka Josh w/ guest apperence of the one and only Matt Dallas aka Kyle) or Glee with Corry monotheith aka Charlie Tanner, The Lying Game , Twilight with Kristin Prout aka Amanda, Vampire Diaries with the producer of Kyle Xy and Marguerite MacIntyre aka Nicole Tragger aka Sherif Forbes, there was a episode of NCIS with April Matson aka Lori .... i'm writting way too much

    Kyle XY series. It's easily the winner. The ending left you with so many questions and basically a new sorry line left open to be explored.

    Kyle XY is the obvious winner. I love the show but because it was cancelled we didn't get all the answers we hoped for and the series left off with a huge cliffhanger. All we needed was one more season. Please bring Kyle XY back for one more season so all questions can be answered.

    Kyle xy won my attention from the start!....I started watching kyle xy on netflix.....and I cought up....come to find out....they canceled the show..... (which was a big mistake)....my whole family watched it as well! Kyle xy is an amazing series....I liked watching kyle xy because it seemed interesting all the time....it didn't drag on like heros :P ...kyle xy could never get boring......I also like all the drama....and romantic parts...the surprises....and i think its good for teens how they can relate to some of the stuff....and even adults to.....everything, i liked everything! .....this series is fantastic.....I love the cast!.....everyone!.....leaving the series the way they did sucked! Big time!.....like I said....they made a terrible mistake....

    watch the whole 43 episodes of Kyle XY in almost 3 days. I never
    understood the the plot at first but after 2 episodes, I'm amazed that
    the series got cancelled. I never wanted it to end. I hope the
    production staff can consider resurrecting the series. At least end the
    series and not let the fans hanging. It would be fair if they consider a
    2 hour Series Finale. Ending the question about Latnok,
    and the past of Kyle and Jessie, the love story of Kyle and Amanda,
    Lori and Declan, and Josh and Andy. Hoping for the best for this. I know
    this is much to ask of the staff and crew, or whoever is interested in
    funding and reviving the series, but it's the least they can do to us
    fans, right? Kyle XY is great if not the best. So, I hope it gets what
    it deserves, a respectable ending... Happy supporting guys!!! LONG LIVE

    as you can see above kyle xy has the biggest cliffhanger and also the fans are still active after 4 years, we all want either a season 4 or a movie. ABC if your worried about the money just think of how much you will gain after resurrecting kyle xy because of all the fans who want the show back on, please bring kyle xy back!!!
