  9. The Big C, a wonderful little show more people should have been watching.

  10. out of these: Friends and Gilmore Girls.

  11. I chose Castle and Gilmore Girls because they seem(ed) to have equal parts drama and comedy moments. Some of these shows are/seem like just one with a little bit of the other.

  12. Castle, Bones, New Girl, ...!!!!!!!!!

  16. Oh, great choice. I forgot about Scrubs. It had lots of laughs but a surprising amount of heart, just the way I like my comedies.

  17. If we're counting Scrubs, my top 3 are:

    1. Pushing Daisies
    2. Scrubs
    3. Wonderfalls

In that order. If we're counting Scrubs as a comedy instead, then move Wonderfalls up to position 2 and put either Chuck or Reaper in the third place (leaning more towards Chuck, but that could have changed if Reaper had gotten more seasons).

I never saw Castle as a dramedy, I'd say it's a crime/drama/mistery, no comedy here, because funny moments here and there don't make show a dramedy/comedy. . so for me - Friends.

  19. As much as a big fan of Friends I am, I don't understand why it's qualified as a dramedy. I mean, yes it treats real issues of live ( like adoption, homosexuality, wedding/divorce, job, friendship) but I don't think that make the show a drama. And dramedy is supposed to be part drama, part comedy.

Anyway, I voted Castle because this is really a good dramedy, one kind of the show that can show us humor and drama in a season, and both are well treated!

  20. Friends was a Dramedy? News to me it was an outright Comedy with maybe 1 or 2 serious arcs in its existence.

That's ok.. you have your opinion, I have mine. Friends had more drama elements then I can count, so for me, it's perfect example of a dramedy.

  29. Chuck. Friends was a sitcom.

  30. It's a sitcom that got overwhelmed with drama. It can't be a dramedy if it has a laugh track. Also personally it couldn't handle heart or sentimentally it just got bogged down in it. Unlike Scrubs or Chuck.

  31. In what way is Friends a dramedy? Are you kidding me with that? I voted for Psych, it's a shame that it's going to be crap next season with Maggie Lawson cutting back her screen time in favor of some awful cringe worthy comedy she's doing on ABC (i am really disappointed in her, Psych is a million times better, i am so not a fan of hers anymore). Such a shame that Psych's final season isn't going to be any good, i really wanted it to end on a high note. I won't be watching next season but that being said Psych is STILL easily the best show on this list and i've been a loyal fan since the pilot 7 years ago, it's also the most underrated and best written show on TV. Also why unearth is Bones on this list? The person who put this together has a very weird idea of what a dramedy actually is. Also i think Psych is only occasionally a dramedy, for the most part it's a hilarious comedy.

  32. Wow that's just uncalled for, you shouldn't be angry with her that she's achieving more success

  34. Gilmore Girls, Castle and Freaks and Geeks
