u are already dealing with supernatural problems around the world, not u gotta deal with cancer in u wtf was there a need for that. this show> i love it, but its all about Fuck romance and more target warehouse, and its people, hehehe lets kill em , hehehe lets turn one bad, or wait make em think they bad, oh wait make em spy on one other, oh and hehehe lets have some one who knows about them come after them and the destroy the warehouse hehehe i like E this.
LOL! I didn't hear the ovarian word when I watched it, if I had I would have known that Myka was the one cause Pete doesn't have ovaries (DAA! :D), and because of that I thought Myka cried over Pete because through out the episode Myka and Pete talked about Pete's check-up and nobody said anything about Myka's. I thought also then that Pete was lying about the testosterone thing! SO MY BAD :)
Holy shit, the end of the episode just got really dark. Everyone was having fun and ready to eat, then the reveal about the one kid actually having ulterior motives…and then Myka has ovarian cancer. The Myka end scene also seemed random to me, it just sort of randomly jumped. I'm confused as to whether that was supposed to be her secret for the episode and it jumped back a little or what.
I honestly do not understand the evil plot that is brewing, or where it is going so hopefully we get more answers soon. I'm glad there was the revealing of everyone's pasts, fears, or secrets. We learned more about Steve and Abigail's hobbies and they opened themselves up to the team more, we learned about Pete's rock bottom with alcoholism (which was sad), Myka's dark ending scene with the ovarian cancer…which I thought was unexpected and dark…and more about Claudia's past with her being in foster care with abusive father figures and her still having nightmares about the mental institution she was in.
The best way I can describe how this episode felt to me is by calling it realistic. It sort of brought us back to the real world, in terms of everyone's secrets, like Pete and his alcoholism which many people actually struggle with, Claudia's foster care abuse, Steve's insecurities about having a permanent place and opening up about himself to the team, and Myka's ovarian cancer…it sort of grounded the characters as real people with real problems. That doesn't make much sense once i've read it over but oh well.
I was literally seething with rage. A character purporting to be a Gulf War vet (careful trying to follow the magnitude of the WTF), confessed to using chemical weapons in Kuwait to gas an entire Iraqi village to death ... men, women, children. I don't give a shit that there were no Iraqi villages in Kuwait, because stupidity is their problem, not mine, but I don't even know what to say about that they're treating it like just a common backstory that U.S. soldiers used chemical weapons in that conflict to slaughter an entire town. I've watched this show for years, but they have crossed the line into desecration of honor. I watched this with friends and we didn't hallucinate it. Is anyone else outraged?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
WTF!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome episode, but bad ending i didn't expect that. But i from we heard of last season of 6 episodes we might not see a good ending to the series.
ReplyDeleteThere should be a "WTF was that?" option on here.
ReplyDeleteWTF! Does Pete have cancer???????????
ReplyDeleteWhy would you think that? The doctor clearly spoke with Myka about ovarian cancer.
ReplyDeleteI really didn't get the rough and sudden cut to the last hospital scene...Was it said before that Myka will get a physical too? Weird transition...
ReplyDeletePete totally vibed Myka though :)
