    Finally Bonnie is dead! She has been an untouchable fix-all for too long and the writers keep using her as a plot device for everything. Open the tomb of the vamps? Need to find someone with an app? Need to bring someone back to life? Need to do an awesome spell? Need to break a spell? Need a convenient body switch? Need to lock someone in or out of a room? The list goes on and on.. and as we saw in episode 22, need someone to turn into a rock? sure thing! And of course while Elena was still human, Bonnie wasn't allowed to end the season early and prevent people from dying because she would die herself. I for one hope she stays gone, she doesn't add to the show except as a plot device and frankly I never felt her relationship with Caroline or Elena to be genuine.

    We are In agreement.Some here won't like to hear that from members of antiBonnie members of VD fanbase.For me she hasn't been tolerable since season 1.Basiclly the death of her grams started the road to her being untolerable to me and for becoming largely a plot device.

    The episode had a lot going on in this episode. It was like they just crammed all the dead people in one episode. I do not believe that Bonnie is completely dead. I think that somehow Silas will return. But we will just have to wait and see. The whole Elena trying to kill Katherine scene was so not worth it cause we all knew in the end she couldn't do it. Over all I think the end was great. Good episode.

    Wow I don't know where to start with this episode. Frist off love the sence where Elena pushes Stefan I don't really know why but his Expression after yea. Loved that Jeremy and Alaric came back. Wish that Alaric got a momnet with Elena beause he been a father figure to her. I hope the next episode we get a really good moments with Jeremy and Elena. So she can really say goodbye to him. I dont think jeremy coming back beause it would make a better story line if elena has to deal with everyone she cares about is die. i dont like it and jeremy is one of my favort charachers but that what i think is going to happen. I really hopping that Damon give the cure to Elena so she can become human again. I'm tried of vampire Elena. But I don't think that going to happen either I think it going to be Rebekkah because if she stays on vd which I think she will. it would be a better story line if she human. She would have to stared over in so many ways. But most of all before the last episode ends please let there be a Elena Damon moment were she finally said she love Damon Turefully. We been wait for to long for this moment need to happen please.

    I'm in agreement. I think they write her in the stupidest way possible. They drop plot-lines for her, because frankly, they aren't interesting and don't work. She gets so wrapped up and self-obsessed that she's easily misled. This episode was the latest in a long line of her fucking up repeatedly in an attempt to do everything by herself. I rewatched the pilot recently, and she is perhaps the only character who has lost every aspect of her character since. She used to be fun. Now she's a walking plot device.



    I don't hate her. I hate how she's been written. I'd like to see the writers challenge themselves with more creative ways than "have Bonnie magic it/doesn't work right".

    I've felt that bringing Jeremy back would be a cop-out. If they made it a trade. If Bonnie could only bring one person back, and chose to bring Jeremy back for him, and for Elena, I would be okay with it. As much as I would rather see Lexi on full time.

    Usually I simply ignore irrelevant comments, but I can`t do that anymore!!! This is just pissing me off!!!
    whiny?! REALLY???!!! she lost her BROTHER her BROTHER for God`s sake so cut her some slack if she`s not ready to move on yet. And the scene with alaric or basically every scene with him in it were so amazing and cute and the whole alcohol is their thing how can you not like that?? Are we even watching the same show? Yes I get it everyone has an opinion, but sometimes I get the impression that there are people who don´t even watch the show and are just commenting stuff like that bc of the opinion they have that they got over two videos of TVD. UNBELIEVABLE

    Not a bad episode. I forgot how much I missed Jeremy. I wouldn't mind if they brought him back as long as he didn't come back like that man's wife in Stephen King's Pet Sematary. I used to love Bonnie's character, but I'm beginning to realize that the writers will never ever care about her character development, At this point, they should just put Bonnie's character out of her misery and let Kat Graham find a more decent job. Would it have even killed the writers to give her a scene alone with Jeremy, who she supposedly loves and would sacrifice her life to bring back from the dead, or is she destined to only have scenes where she's either chanting some incomprehensible rubbish or suffering from post-incantation nosebleeds? Sigh.


    Other points: Rebeccah's ex looks like Elijah with long hair...kinda creepy, Matt, you should just let Rebeccah heal you, seeing that a vampire wounded you for Christ's sake!!! It cancels the favor! Lexi coming back was nice, I suppose, but a waste of screen-time. Although, if the purpose of her appearance was to point out that Caroline was cute, and hence set the scene for Steroline (or whatever people call that union) and I'd be Ok with that. Or perhaps she's here to stay? I wonder if all these dead people are back for good thanks to Bonnie. It would fill the void when the originals leave. Alaric probably needs a job since Cult is probably cancelled. Jeremy really needs to come back. Lexi keeps coming back so she might as well stay, Rebeccah's ex looks like the kind of person Plec would keep around and Koi just needs to be killed....again.

    I have a feeling that one of the salvatore's going to drink the cure. Whoever Elena doesn't choose.

    Just a personal preference, I know that Stefan-Caroline pairing has some fans but I really don't like it. If they continue with it, I would start to feel like Melrose place. Yes, it's kind of organic to how they set them up. But I think it would be a deservice to Caroline's character to go with Stefan after acknowledging that he's the love of Elena's life.

    I dont know where they're going with the whole the ghosts of the past are back plot. I'm happy to see Jeremy and Alaric back. But they're already dead. And I want them to stay that way. That goes for Bonnie too. It's not that I hate them. But i want a show where characters die and stay that way. It somehow lessens the impact of someone dying. Ever.

    But witches are integral to the fabric of the show. So it's either they're sticking with Bonnie of they're planning to introduce a new witch.

    Though I like the hunters' return. I find that interesting. They seem to be a formidable bunch. Personally I got scared of them.

    And where's Meredith btw? And April Young.



    Prediction: My bet is that Katherine's going to die.

    love the episode i dont think bonnie is really dead because i saw her in graduation pics of next episode and i would like for bonnie to have more storyline instead of only showing up when they need her do magic

    IF ONLY the writers would let us keep Lexi, Alaric, Jeremy and Kol and we can trade them Bonnie that would be awesome. But I think the dead are going to go back to their place.....maybe this show will only go to Season 5, 6 at the most. They're killing all of their characters off and some of them are getting their own show! TG for The Originals, that was by far the best episode out of the four seasons!

    I understand why Silias wants to die. THe crazy ass fatal attraction witch that put a curse on him cuz she couldnt let him go is the real evil one. THen she made him ugly so no girl would love and then the crazy ass witch creates this alternate place so that when he dies he is forced to be stuck with her. HOw would any being live through that after a few thousand years and not want to die. He wants to go the place that NATURE intended for all beings to go to when they die, but the crazy ass witch created this alternate place. Interesting how no one feels bad for this dude. Can any one blame the dude? Really? How is it that Bonnie doesnt think that witch is the evil one? I mean if it another crazy ass witch did something like to Jeremy she would freak out and save him too, AT ALL costs. The heroes, and I love them, BUT I wish they would evolve and grow up too.

    I miss Jer too. Love SK. The spookiest part for me was when his son came back. I liked part 2 better. I had the hugest crush on Edward Furlong.
    Bonnie was great in S1 and partly S2. But she was unbearable in S3 and 4. I hope she stays
    dead.
    Guess Matt won't risk dying and turning too. What did he said? That people in that town have the bad habit turning into vamps? Guess he won't be one of those.
    Alaric, Jeremy and Lexi should stay. And Jenna and Anna, maybe John. The others have to go!

    Damon already said he doesn’t want the cure.
    Stefan and Caroline have some chemistry and they are close. But I too don't see them as a
    couple. I just don't see any romance between them. It's a good and deep and honest friendship. I think if they would ruin their relationship by pairing them up (as couple).
    I too hope Bonnie stays dead. And although I will miss Jeremy and Alaric, dead people should stay dead. It's becoming boring that they just keep on coming back.
    New witch please. Bonnie is not the only one. She's not even the last Bennett witch. How about
    Sophie form NO?
    I hope Katerina is going to die. Soon. Elena was so right. Everything bad that happened in MF is Katerinas fault.

    If the show is going to be canceled, it's because JP is incapable of running it. Just think how bad it got since she forced the originals on the show. And she can't even use the books to get some inspiration. The second series with the Kizune (or Kitzune, or whatever) and the Dark Dimension was great. She could use this. But no, she rather holds on to Klaus.

    You do know there contract is up at the end of Season 6?
    Also that most of the actors on the show said they don't want to be on the show past 6 seasons?
    Some of them even said it shouldn't go past Season 5......no reason to be mad that JP or whoever is trying to stay employed once this show ends. It's just a show.

    Where did you get that? Well, it doesn't surprise me that the actors wouldn't make the show longer, even if the network would order new seasons.
    It's sad. Really sad. When the show started it was the highest rated for that day, if I remember correctly. It was CWs top show. For S1 and 2. JP ruined it with Klaus. I still think they should fire her and get Joss Whedon. He could make it a top show again.

    JP should know by now that she's incapable as producer. Maybe she should go and find herself a new job. Or she should at least use her brain if she has any. Make a concept, set rules and stick to them. If she changes them, she should find a halfway logical explanation.
