Now that was an episode! Exciting, fast paced and just awesome. I mean we had the classic Emily- Victoria moments S2 has been lacking, some interesting developments and a killer ending. I'm really looking forward to the finale. Why couldn't all the episodes of this season been like this?
My thoughts exactly...And are Graysons really bankrupt? Or did Aiden just set off a blackout, 'cause obviously Falc0n is in the cahoots with the Initiative. And WOAH Charlotte's pregnant....and more importantly Tanaka's dead?! (Though I saw it coming because I saw promo pictures for the finale with Aiden in them and I knew one of the would have to die in this battle, ugh.)
I was rooting for Tanaka to kill aiden.I hope we get some answer about Tanaka's true agenda.Maybe he sent amanda back to keep Emily and jack apart In season 1 finale.
Aiden just did what the Initiative wanted.I just hope he Is one who dies In finale. With Initiatove suspose to end In Season finale the graysons have to be around so Emily still has targets of revenge.
Never saw Charlotte being pregnent coming. After Jack she Is one I hope finds out the truth at some point.
This episode reminds us It's better for war between Emily and Victoria than all this stuff the graysons have little Involvement In.
Killing off Takeda while keeping Plot Distraction Aiden alive? Bad move show, baaad move.
Aiden has been HUGE part of why this show has not been its best this season - he took away half the Emily's awesomeness and badassery by limiting and controlling her, he now killed one of the most interesting and mysterious characters of the show and he is about to go on the cliched "revenge will ruin you, let's redeem you" tirade taking away the MAIN POINT of why anyone would watch this show.
Its set in stone now - the only way for this show to return to its former glory is for Aiden to die.
While I do agree that adding Aiden to the show has been a huge mistake, you do have to admit the episode was pretty much awesome. I do think that Takeda's death leads to a lot of interesting developments, like some serious trust issues that Emily will face. That being said, I do agree that they seriously need to kill off Aiden. I mean, I really feel that he doesn't add anything to the show and like you said is just a distraction for Emily. I really don't feel the chemistry between, I hate his whispering and the fact that he completely ruined the whole Emily-Nolan dynamic.
You're completely right, we face so many interesting questions. I'm pretty sure that Takeda is dead though. Why couldn't Aiden just die? I kind of knew that Takeda would die because there was no way they were killing Aiden before the finale. Did I miss something though? I really don't remember the Charlotte thing... When did that happen?
I think its safe to say we all wanted Aiden dead...I'm really hoping he's the shocking death in the finale but I doubt it. Although it clearly should aways be Emily vs the Graysons I think that clearly can't happen due to the fact that they have to drag it out to the final season. The whole point of the Initiative storyline was to keep the story going without having to repeat itself.
That was interesting RIP Takeda and OMG the Grayson's are bankrupt just as soon as Charlotte's friend got the money out of the bank and Falcon is taking over the city it's going to be an interesting finale can't wait to next week
It looks like Emily and Daniel's engagement is always a magnet for chaos. It's amazing how unbalanced this show is, I mean I like all of it but it has a small amount of exitement during the season and then comes the finale and you've got 3 WTF's in a row! This was amazing: takaeda, charlotte, the blackout, all of it.
I haven't had a huge problem with Aiden....however I do agree with many that his addition watered down Emily's focus. My big problem has been the destruction of Jack. I had thought, when he took up the revenge mantle that his brain had come back on line but apparently I was wrong. And I still think it was a mistake to cut Nolan off, almost completely, from Jack.
Beyond that tough I really enjoyed the episode. Give it a Great. Now, what was Tekeda's agenda?
Did you guys not realize Takeda had a secret agenda and was just using Emily and Aiden? I LOVED that he died, it's like taking out a villain BEFORE his evil scheme even starts, but I'm pretty sure they will still tackle on this a lot.
I only say great because of the reaction it got from Victch ! What a power play move. V don't hold back much with her looks of disgust and kinda... over my dead body attitude. Lol the smile on Em/Ada face was so close to a burst in to a fit of giggles. Nice acting I say toche' Loving every minute of it.
Learning much about boxes. I guess they are the coffee table book of the current day. I might have one constructed. I have found myself admiring them more and more. I wouldn't mind a couple small black whale figurines either. Looking to impress company of course. That's and open invitation Nolen to dinner my house anytime.
Aaaaah they are kiding me, no? How am I even supposed to wait a week for the follow up on this? It was incredible. I did not see the end coming a mile away!! Everything was incredible, even the charlotte storyline went somewhere (I was deeply annoyed with it at first). So good. What was Takeda's secret anyway? I was shocked that Aiden killed him. Victoria was incredible in this episode! Can't wait for the finale!
lot of stuff happened nolan fall directly to falcon`s trap now everything is set up to blame siden cause that was the obvious trigger that cause the blackout, but i dont get what is the secret that takeda had...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteYeah, the whole aiden situation in term of Nolan and Emily pretty much screams this:

Aiden killed Takeda and people still like him? agh now im not sure if i want Declan to be dead, i want Aiden bite the dust
ReplyDeleteTo me Aiden is now irredeemable and I certainly don't want him nowhere near Emily.
ReplyDeleteThat was interesting RIP Takeda and OMG the Grayson's are bankrupt just as soon as Charlotte's friend got the money out of the bank and Falcon is taking over the city it's going to be an interesting finale can't wait to next week
ReplyDeleteI thought his name was Takeda?
ReplyDeleteI thought that too whether Aiden made a mistake with taking the money out that caused a blackout

ReplyDeleteI also thought Takeda was going to kill Aidan because they'll have to get rid of him someday, to me it's obvious that emily will end up with jack
ReplyDeleteAw I liked Takeda
