Reese & Finch team up with surprising allies in a race to save The Machine from Root and the mysterious international organization Decima, who have both re-emerged with dangerous agendas. As the POI team faces off against enemies old and new, the nature of Finch's relationship with former partner Nathan Ingram is revealed along with his original motivation for wanting to save The Machine’s irrelevant numbers. Meanwhile, in her mission to bring Cal Beecher's murderer to justice, Detective Carter finds herself up against the criminal organization known as HR, on the second season finale of PERSON OF INTEREST, Thursday, May 9 (9:01 – 10:01 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Carrie Preston, Amy Acker, Sarah Shahi, Brett Cullen, Jay O. Sanders and Enrico Colantoni guest star.

    Hmmmm, so Finch and Reese must be aware something is up, I wonder what they'll do to throw a spanner in the works? My guess is they'll warn Elias about the hit in a game of chess. That will let him escape to escalate things against HR next season

    Man, if only Reese wasn't busy with racing against the clock to prevent Root and Decima from getting their hands on the Machine, he'd be completely able to have a "one on one talk" with Terney and maybe officer Simmons.
