  1. That ONCE photo looks good, but I've lost interest in the actual once unfortunately...

Mixology, Betrayal and SHIELD I am excited for!

  2. I just realized how many new shows ABC has. Isn't the amount of shows picked up this season a bit unusual? It feels like everyone but CBS and The Cw will all have at least half new schedules.

    Excited for SHIELD and Resurrection.
    Still bitter about Gothica.

  4. Me too! ABC should try their hand at a horror series each season I don't care if they usually fail on broadcast TV, I've loved most Sci Fi/horror/fantasy shows ABC had done in the past decade but my faves have been The River, Night Stalker, Invasion, 666 Park Avenue, etc so I was hoping for at least a season's worth of Gothica.

  5. Hmm i wonder what this means for psych since maggie lawson show got picked up.

  6. Excited for SHIELD and Resurrection.

  7. i hope OUATIW will be good it need budget for the special effects im rooting for it!

  8. Part of me thinks as a limited series it may be better than OUAT.

    ReplyDelete
  9. what do u mean with limited¿? that it is only one central character?

    ReplyDelete
  10. No, I mean that according to ABC it will be one season long with a conclusion to the story by episode 13 I'm assuming, or however many episodes they order. If they do it again next season, apparently it will be a limited series set in another world, so it could be called Once Upon a Time in Neverland or something to that extent.

  11. Look at Agent Coulson being a badass!

  12. oh i get it now even more interesting cause we are gonna see diferent worlds, it`s gonna be like American Horror Story that every season is a diferent "story" but with same people! im ever more positive about it

    ReplyDelete
  13. Not sure the cast will play new people but it's a related but different story and I read American Horror Story was the inspiration for the format of these spinoffs. I hope it's a success because not only does it mean the original Once will only have one hiatus per season but we'll also get a great mini series every year.

  14. SHIELD is a given, the rest, hmm which of them has the hot ladies.

  15. also OUAT in W just no please no. i only need 1 fairy tail mythology for a a decade. and OUAT is enough i still haven't watched others like it like that snow white movie the had a while back...

  16. One of the things I don't like in ABC shows is way too many people in the main cast. I prefer shows focused on 2-3 main characters.

  17. OUAT In Wonderland is a sure thing for me to watch. Agents of SHIELD too.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Can't wait for SHIELD but I have to say the promo pic looks pretty bland. The cast seems very generic with the exception of Coulson. I hope they're all good actors.

  19. Well these pics really dwindled down my list of potential new shows, funny how I can make up my mind just from a picture. But like they say, a picture is worth 1000 words. Now just gotta see some series synopses and trailers for the rest to weed any others out.

  20. So they cast John Lithgow in OUATIW and they give him voice work to do? That's such a waste of his talent!

    ReplyDelete
  21. really excited for killer women just based on the fact that Tricia Helfer and Michael Trucco are in it.

    ReplyDelete
  22. He's pretty great at voice acting too though, so I don't mind.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I'll probably give all of them a go but the only one I'm terribly excited for is SHIELD.

Trophy Wife and Back in the Game are interesting too, but about the rest if they grab me it will be by actually watching the pilots.

  24. So. Can't remember what "Betrayal" is about. The title is so bland it's impossible to discern it from the other one-word titles this pilot season but anyhoo the cast has a way hot boy in it so I'm there. ;)

Haha jk (kinda) but I'm reallllllllllllllllly stoked for Resurrection!

  25. Shield, Resurrection, Super 7, Wonderland, Mixology and Mind Games have the most potential if done right.

Betrayal I am not sure about but it could be good.

    The rest pass.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oh he'll definitely be great! I think he'd do well as a rabbit. I'm just afraid we'll never get to see his face. :p

  27. Once in Wonderland, Shield, Resurrection, and Lucky 7 are those I plan to check.

Betrayal loses me each time I try to read its description. It doesn't sound good..

Killer Women might have a potential but I'm not much of a fan of procedurals. I'm more a serialized shows type of girl.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yup, I completely agree those are the ones I will check out.
Wonderland, Lucky 7, Shield and especially Resurrection.

I will keep an eye out for Mind Games and Mixology and see the reviews first.

Betrayal could be good but the name and description sounds a bit cheesy, its trying to be another Revenge maybe and I prefer Revenge.

  29. Im so excited by SHIELD and Mind Games. Look like a hit/fan favorite show for the first and a critically praised show for the second.
I'm really intrugued by Ressurection. I will check out the pilot for sure.
The Goldbergs is going to be awesome too.

  30. Woah, Wait!! John Lithglow is going to be the voice of The White Rabbit?!!!! After the Trinity Killer I don't think I can handle that XD

Hmmand Shouldn't Emma Rigby be The Red Queen and not the Queen of Hearts, or are the writters pulling "a dark one" here???

  31. Motion capture CGI? (which I know isn't the same thing and judging by the effects on OUaT isn't quite comforting either.... You know what? You make an excellent point!)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Has that ever been done for TV before? Because that actually could be pretty funny. :p But yeah, based on the CGI we've seen on OUAT so far...

    ReplyDelete
  33. Well August's wooden state was done with motion capture CGI (and well to be fair it was one of the better effects)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Phil look at you, you BAMF, in all your HQ glory!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Season 8 will probably be the last and she'll only appear in up to 5 episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Why do most of these pictures look horribly photoshopped?
