I’ve learned that CBS will pick up Lorre’s comedy pilot Mom tomorrow, a full week before the network’s upfront presentation.

    Wow, I don't remember them doing this this early last year, but I could be wrong.


    Really hope The Crazy Ones gets picked up to series, too.

    I'm surprised. There's some elements of the show I find interesting but I don't think it's the type I'll make appoinment TV for. Also I don't know how I feel about Chuck Lorre stretching himself so thin. Granted there's not much more juice left in TaaHM but still....

    It's the second time it happened this year, with The Originals getting picked up by The CW. It seems the networks are getting a little bit anxious

    That's true, although I could wait until the upfronts, what really gets to my nerve is that ABC hasn't renewed a single show. It's obvious that they will renew Modern Family, The Middle, Grey's, Scandal, OUAT, Revenge, yet they decide to wait and wait and wait, and I don't understand why! They do this every year and every time I just want to see my damn shows renewed early!
