    Eh. Not much improvement over the first promo. Oddly enough, I liked the part where Elena threatened to kill Stefan. I don't really know why I liked it but I did.

    The Vampire Diaries really should start sticking with splitting storylines in each season to half and half... all this drama with Elena's vampirism is getting more interesting now that the season is winding down but every season and especially in season 3 it gets to be so tedious that thinking about The Vampire Diaries makes me tired. Yet I still watch every new episode within a day of a new episode airing. Le sigh.

    What about when Stefan went ripper and Elena wouldn't leave him to it? If Damon went off the rails, she wouldn't give up until he was back either. The only reason they're fighting so hard is that emotionless Elena /wasn't/ her choice, so I don't know why you're talking about free will when the genuine her would never want this.

    Torturing someone is not the way to show him or her you care. Elena may be irritating sometimes,but she has her free will back.If she wants to be that way,she can be and neither Damon nor Stefan can act like they're her masters and make choices for her.
