    I do not like Joe and I think Tess deserves more.
    Just break up with him and be happy Tess :)
    And if he want be with her so much, why isn't him the one to leave the precinct instead of asking her ?
    He is a idiot who don't deserves a amazing woman like Tess.

    This is just one story line that I find unnecessary. It's like they are holding on to this plot point just to give somebody else a storyline besides Vincent and Catherine. But newsflash, this couple doesn't work. He's a lying, cheating, feel sorry for himself loser, and she is a kick ass detective...the 2 don't go together. I think he should transfer permanently and that be the end of that. I think JT and Tess could be a fun dynamic to explore, not as a couple but as 2 people both trying to protect their best friends. They were kinda funny together in 1x18
