    Let me get this straight: they can't afford to give their assistants a basic raise, when they just told Alicia she had $10,000 just for decorating and we know Lyman is making FOUR MILLION just for not doing anything? They could all get raises for 3 out of 4 quarters and give the assistants a raise? And they're surprised the assistants want to unionize? I'd want to unionize too... That firm is very poorly managed AND does not reward people properly. No wonder they were in bankruptcy...

    I completely agree. I think this characterization of LG could serve as the grounds for Alicia's leaving the firm with Cary.
