    Same. There always has to be a twist. I think with this show the biggest twist of all is when it isn't a twist.

    Look at the surrounds. There's 3 big trees side by side to one end of the coffin in both scenes. The location is identical. And I can't think of a reason why she would suddenly be moved or freed. But all will be revealed on Monday night!!

    If she's underground, then GPS is compromised. And cell tower triangulation doesn't always work, and when it does it isn't pin point accurate

    If the call can connect, provided you're on the phone long enough, you can triangulate the position. Or at the very least inform in the general vicinity of the phone. The tracking is done based on the cell towers the phone connects to, to make the call. It doesn't matter where you are, as long the call connects.
