    Just a thought on why Sam might be...erm healed here...Maybe Metatron kinda heals him or (definitely impossible but) Dean takes on the responsibility of the third trial??Somehow??

    I'm so happy to see Cas back with Dean and Sam!! <3 He looks kind of sad though, I can't wait to see his reunion Dean, especially after what happened last between them.//Sam looks like healthy this episode, right? In the one before this one he seems to be like super ill. I'm glad he seems better, but I wonder how?

    Sam does look better but still tired in some of the pictures. Sam will be taking on the third trial since he is the one who completed the first and second trials but your idea of Metatron helping him out is interesting. Maybe he does "something" to help him feel a little better. It has been mentioned that Sam will be experiencing more physical and emotional tolls as well as Sam using the words that he is "changing." in the next episode. I am really excited to see where the last 3 episodes go.

    Yeah probably Metatron helps.I can't see anyone other than him helping because Cas is excluded.He himself said he cannot heal Sam.In the promo Sam looks terrible.And when he collapses it seems even worse,like he's dying.Without someone helping him I just can't see how he looks so good in this picture.He does look tired indeed but his skin color is far better and so is his standing.UGH.Why can't it be Wednseday yet??These speculations are killing yet I still go on with them :P
