    I remembering seeing an interview he did with a British TV show where he mentioned TPTB at Arrow were going to try to make his character the "Lex Luthor" of the Arrow universe so that probably bodes well for his future :) He's likely just a one off on Scandal anyway; there would probably be more info if it were a recurring role.

    He's returning to Arrow in a couple of days to film episode 1.23. I don't know if he'll survive that episode but I hope he does..
