The last few minutes were incredibily hard to watch, but the episode as a whole was insanely good. I love Rollo and Terry Schuester together, and I really fell for Athelstan, I didn't want to see him go.
Another great episode! I can't wait for the finale next weekend. From the commercials, it really looks like the monk was in big trouble. I couldn't believe he would renounce his faith either but it seems to be getting harder and harder to hold on to his beliefs too.
Maybe it was just me but I thought those keepers of the temple looked a lot like the ones in the movie "Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom"!!
I guess I didn't realize how much sacrifices were a big part of the Viking culture and gods. The whole thing with the men being sacrificed was pretty bizarre.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
