  1. I loved the ending Alicia goes with Cary.

I now believe nothing the writers say anymore. There wasn't anything resloved and I'm pretty sure not a lot of people will feel relieved after this one. As much as I love W/A I'm so sick of the triangle and yet it keeps spinning on, even when RK promised Alicia would make a choice.

  3. Ok, granted, they were able to create interesting new storylines to be followed next season (i.e., Will now has information that could invalidate Florrick's election, Lockhart & Gardner will suffer drastic changes with both Diane - she'll be appointed judge by Peter - and Alicia - who's starting the new firm with Cary - gone, Kalicia might have a new interesting dynamic now that they are in different firms, etc.), but the fact they didn't solve the love triangle bothers me a little.

The way I see it, Alicia chose to go with Cary for a very simple reason: she can't stay close to Will and not be with him. Since she committed to Peter, starting a new firm seems the best possible option for a fresh start, in her head. She doesn't have to interact with Will on a regular basis and also has new professional challenges that should keep her busy for quite some time.

All in all, I still feel like this show is the best drama on open TV, by far.

According to this article, you're right... We were meant to think she was distancing herself from Will by going with Cary...

NOT. PLEASED. AT. ALL. about that !

But for the rest, I agree, there will be interesting story lines next season !

  5. Awesome ep :)
New season is going to be very interesting and full of changes :)
Alicia is leaving L&G, I've expected that and I'm glade she's doing it :D
I'm curious what will WIll do? No DIane, no Alicia, no Carry?
I hope Alicia will make her decision about Will and Peter at the begining of new season, I like her, really, but I have to admit she is such a hypocrite in this case...

I almost got a heart-attack when she opened door and there stood Cary, I was so sure she had called Will, now I will have to wait for next season to get some answers, there are some many ways this could go..

I´m big fan of Alicia, but some of her decisions make me so angry and frustrated, my room-mate had to listen a long monologues from me more then once, me complaining about her relationship with Peter, I just cannot understand her loyalty towards him, it´s mystery of bermuda triangle for me

  7. I think she made the decision - Peter.

  8. I just hope Alicia decides for a clean break - to leave L&G and to leave Peter. This way, Will is not her boss, Peter is not her husband, she's free to do whatever she wants. And I sure hope Alicia'll be separated from Peter when the voter fraud comes to light (remember how that federal prosecutor wanted to get at Peter through Eli? He wasn't convicted of corruption because Childs couldn't prove anything, but they're still sniffing... And I highly doubt they'd only have stuffed one random ballot box, or that there'd only be one camera filming shenanigans in the State of Illinois, or that Kristeva won't fight back if there's even a hint of fraud.)

  9. I agree Alicia realized she can't work with Will and not feel the pull toward him. Now, what should that tell her? Repeating "I'm with peter now" won't magically make her love him.

  10. I don't know... The way she left the "party", she could have talked to Carry the next day. If she decided to be with Peter why leave him alone in such an important moment?

I think that not only she is leaving the firm, she is leaving Peter. To be with Will or not, that I do not know.

  12. That was really good! I really thought - live everybody else - that she had called Will and when Cary was there was really good, because now I am really interested about whats gonna happen next year...

  13. I loved the finale up until the last minute. I am sorry but I am not on board with Alicia leaving Lockart & Gardner. I like Cary a lot of but I love the firm's dynamics and politics, and the way Alicia plays a role in them and interacts with Will and Diane. I am sure next season cases will be the new firm vs Lockart Gardner all the time, and I am not happy about that. I enjoy some drama but not that much conflict at all time. And it just made me dislike the Alicia character a lot for stabbing everyone in the back like that, especially Will, who helped her when she needed a job when Peter was arrested. Regardless of everything else that went down between them, that was a terrible thing for any person to say, it was like spitting on the person who had helped you when you needed the most and I can't stand by it. It was out of character and bugged me. I now think Will deserves better than Alicia, I am pissed

  14. I don't agree with you, even if I do understand where you're coming from. It was becoming very obvious through this season that Lockheart & Gardner is not going to survive for much longer. Whether or not Alicia had left, there are about to be huge ramifications for Diane leaving, the constant barrage of other firms and the District Attorney's office always at the door, Cary and every 4th year attorney breaking off into their own firm, the secretarial pool of L&G about to openly revolt and go on strike, while the partners all falling behind David Lee's idiotic need to undermine everything that Diane and Will do for the firm. You say you don't want "that much drama all the time" but this whole season played out with very dramatic schisms happening within the firm itself...If anything, this distances so many characters from the mess that L&G is becoming that it will allow them to continue on their paths without being taken down with all those petty people.
