    Gonna change that prediction to 'bad guy walking up to the car to finish them off is about to get shot by one or both of them.' Looks good. Are we going to a death(s) or just leave them in the hospital for this ep? No shots of either of them in the rest of the promo... Hmmmm.....

    My prediction would be going on this promo, that Tony is in a bit of trouble, but Ziva is relatively okay and will be the one who deals with the baddie. And that it is the bad guy that we'll see on the slap.

    As a firefighter I would know that by the way the car was hit, and at the rate of speed the black suv was going, Ziva is far from fine. In fact Ziva will be quite lucky to be alive, that is if she is even alive. Even though Ziva is a ninja, from a crash like that it would be hard for even ninjas to survive.
