I hear USA, which has been looking to break into the half-hour original series space, has expressed interest and has had discussions about picking up Happy Endings in case of a cancellation by ABC.

    Yeah, me either. But it could work very well if it has Modern Family repeats as a lead-in. Modern Family tends to repeat well. Make sure to tweet at @usa_network and let them know you want the show picked up!

    Interesting idea. I would've thought that it might do well with the network that picked up Cougartown as another "zany ensemble comedy", but perhaps USA might let them stretch the comedy a bit more than ABC will normally. In any event I really hope that Happy Endings does find a home somewhere as it really is a treat..

    I usually don't try to hype up these kind of move-overs but I have been advocating this for Happy Endings for some time. It's certainly deserving. Sure, the ratings suck. But it has such a fierce and loyal fanbase with a good dose of critical acclaim. I would love for USA to pick this up. Or TBS. Just somebody grab it!
