    If she moves to DC there will be no difference b/w Beckett and will sorenson who left her for job at DC,She knows what it is like to be left behind and will not do the same to Castle(Judging by the fact that she was not with sorenson from then)..Ofcourse unless writers want it to be so in which case it will be great mistake on part of writers and Im sure Castle writers are much better than that!!

    Hope? Of course she will stay with Castle - there is no show without Caskett. It's just like the season 4 ending - Beckett quited her job, but we all knew there would be no show if she's not investigating. There are rules and laws of storytelling any screenwriter must uphold.
    PS Though I admit - she might actually leave Castle for DC (would be a nice cliffhanger), but just to bring them back together in the begininng of season 6. (what a lovely reunion that would be, huh?)

    but i think he means a relationship of the victim and not the one with beckett and him! But it works great in this context! And she's NOT leaving castle and all her friends for DC!!! IN MARLOWE WE TRUST!!!!!

    That won't happen since the show is set in NY and they hope to make more seasons.
    But even if she had to move to DC, she doesn't have to leave Castle. He's a writer; he can write anywhere.

    I have been slightly nervous, mostly because we haven't heard very much about this episode compared to the finale. I'm thinking that the cliffhanger at the end of the finale will be Kate getting a phonecall right at the end and we won't know if she is actually offered the job or if she takes it till start of Season 6.
    Kinda of hoping that all the issues with their relationship will all be resolved over the next two episodes and they have a real conversation, but ABC seem to think they have to have a cliffhanger to entice us back after the summer!

    I bet Castle will convince Kate to go to DC. I think he's afraid to get married again, and Kate will see that as a disappointment for their relationship, and Castle too for giving up too fast.

    I don't trust Carlos Bernard character ever since 24 he's been appearing as a villian all the time and him offering the job to Beckett smells like a trap that would lead into the season finale episode.
