Still think one of the three women - most likely Ann, but possibly Leslie or April - will end up pregnant in the season finale of Parks and Rec.
ReplyDeleteGoing to be a mess May 16th.
Go On and Revolution better be renewed for second seasons, please! Worried about Community, tbh.
It feels like Revolution got a really crappy deal, its just came back and its ending in May! Hope its picked up for a second season.
ReplyDeleteHoping revolution gets picked up again.
ReplyDeleteRevolution didn't get a crappy deal, every show that started in Sept.(on broadcast networks) end in May for hiatus.
ReplyDeleteRevolution no doubt will, Go On on the other hand......
ReplyDeleteWhile true, most shows that start in September, and end in May, don't have a 4 month hiatus in the middle. Most break before christmas, and return just after New Years.
ReplyDeleteYes that's true that's why i said most.Grimm started in August and it also had a very long hiatus before its return last week..It happens, but not that often..
ReplyDeleteI think the crappy deal is in reference to 10 episodes running from September through november and then nothing for almost 4 months cause that is crappy!
ReplyDeleteCommunity better get renewed.
ReplyDeleteThey are using The Voice's ratings to boost Revolution's.
ReplyDeleteI don't watch Revolution but it seems like the type of show (Lost, Fringe) that is easier to follow if they take one long hiatuses instead of airing 2-3 episodes then having a few weeks off then doing it all over again.
ReplyDeleteRevolution isn't even back and the finale date is already announced. This is silly.
ReplyDeleteDitto! :)
ReplyDeleteTime will only tell if the hiatus hurt it, but we received TONS of spoilers, promotional art, Paleyfest-stuff, animated webisodes, and live action webisodes while we waited. I think it helped keep it alive. They also cut 2 episodes, but that might save us from too many filler episodes. Despite having to wait so long, I think they did a lot of smart things. It seems like the fan base is still alive and looking forward to it's return. I know I am.
ReplyDeleteI don't it's that bad of a deal either. I hate watching shows with all of these little one or two week breaks like every three episodes! I like the cable format better where we have straight week by week viewing. I agree this hiatus might have been too long, but I think getting 10 in the fall straight through and 10 in the spring straight through isn't a bad thing.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! I rather have 10 in a row than what one episode every 2 to 3 weeks.I find that more disruptive than a 2 or 3 month hiatus, tho this hiatus was too long.
ReplyDeleteAt least they were working things out, seeing where they wanted to take this story.Kudos to them for at least trying to make it better before it was too late..
It's because they could pre-plan it ten straight. They were given a 20 episode-season 1 order shortly after episode 10 aired, -but this might be a good sign in that NBC feels confidant and doesn't have any plans to not air them.
