I hope, Tyler comes back soon. He's a great character and he came too far to just leave and never return.
ReplyDeleteAnd as for Jer. I'm afraid, if he really dies (dead dead for good; we know that there are many kinds of death in TVD) Elena will lose her humanity. Although a part of me would like to see that, I just don't think she could deal with it, once she comes to her senses again.

ReplyDeleteBadass Elena? Well, even with her humanity she killed hunters, hunted originals and helped wipe out an entire bloodline of vampires. What will she be capable of when she turns it off?

Sorry, I really don't know what's with Spoiler and my email account lately. For 3 days I don't receive posts on my account. And now this post is gone? I already answered yesterday but now I noticed it was gone. So here again.
ReplyDeleteA badass Elena would be great. I mean, with her humanity she killed hunters, hunted originals and helped wipe out an entire bloodline of vampires. I really don't want her as enemy when she turns off her humanity. She's gonna be like ripper Stefan or psycho Klaus. It would be great to see it. But how will they get her back? And how will she handle it after she comes to her sense again?

As I said, I would like to see a evil Elena. But the problem is, that deep down, Elena is a good person. If she would be evil, she couldn't be for long. Like Willow on Buffy S6. I'm not just worried, how they'll bring her back, but mostly, how she'll handle it.
ReplyDeleteBut still. With her humanity switched off … Have you watched Kill Bill? The first part with Uma and the "crazy 88"? I think, that's how a crime scene will look like when Elena is done.
True, Lexi brought Stefan back several times. It wasn't easy and it took years. I doubt they can go this way with Elena. By the speed the story evolves, it would take 10 seasons.
Yeah, but Elena is fine now. I mean, she still would like to be a human, but she's not depressed like Stefan and she's having fun with her vamp powers. I think, one more month or two, and she'll be perfectly fine with it.
Well, they teased with a big death. They haven't said he'll stay dead. But maybe he will. I too hope, he'll make it. But I'm prepared for the worst. I liked Jeremy. He was HOT!!!
You do have a point there with it probably taking too long to bring her back, I guess I haven't really thought this through ;)

You're right, Elena is doing much better with being a vampire now than she did in the beginning, I noticed that too. I was actually pretty relieved, because I didn't want to watch her complain and whine the whole time. But still, if she did have a choice she would become a human again in a heart beat. I guess she just realized that there's not much she can do (before she heard about the cure) and that she might as well start to learn how to deal with her situation.
I really hope though that she didn't get her hopes up too high with the cure, because, let's face it, she's the last person that would get this one dose. That would just be the most boring way the writers could go. So I hope that she'll still make progress in accepting her new "life" and doesn't relapse to her early season 4 behaviour.
And yes, you're totally right, Jeremy was super hot. So sad if we don't get those nice shirtless scenes with him anymore ;)
Maybe Bonnie can help with a spell. Or a ghost can help her like Lexi did with Stefan in S3.
ReplyDeleteOh. Willow was Buffy friend and a witch, a good and gentle person. When her lover was killed she killed the killer and lost herself to the dark magic. And she almost destroyed the world. And the scene from Kill Bill. Well, it was a massacre. With a sword. Pool of blood, body parts lying everywhere, … Guess you can imagine now.
Yes, that complaining, crying, sobbing, whining, … It was annoying. She is doing better. The college party was hot. And the girls night was awesome. More of both!!!
Yes, partly she accepted that she is a vampire, but she also realized, that it can be useful to have all those powers. But yes, if she could, she would turn human in a heartbeat.
There are plenty of candidates for the one dose. On top of the list are Klaus and Becca. Stefan and Katerina are also possible. But if you ask me, no one will get it. They will destroy it.
I suggested before that we should make an ep, where all the guys only wear underwear. Then we could vote who the hottest guy is.
Yeah, what will she be capable of? That's what I'm curious about and what I would like to see ;)

ReplyDeleteI haven't really thought about how they would bring her back and if you hadn't asked me I probably wouldn't have until it came to that. I mainly watch this show because I love seeing the characters interact with each other, not so much for the big picture (if that makes sense). And like you said, an Elena with her humanity turned off would probably come close to ripper Stefan or psycho Klaus, both of whom I really enjoy(ed) watching.
I think Elena and Stefan are kind of similar (not really happy to be a vampire, don't like the killing) and they managed to bring Stefan back as well and he learned to cope with his ripper days (at least kind of) So I guess it won't be impossible for Elena eiter.
I haven't lost hope for Jeremy yet either, with the ring and the hunters magic being broken (maybe), but I fear that this time his death will stick... :(
