Original CSI: NY cast member Hill Harper is spying a new regular gig — as an ambitious CIA honcho on Covert Affairs.

TVLine has learned that Harper is joining the USA Network drama for Season 4 in the series regular role of Calder Michaels, an intelligent, charismatic and slightly cocky CIA station chief based in Latin America who plots his way into a bigger position in D.C.

    Good for Hill Harper, as much as wanted to support him CSI: NY, I just couldn't get into it. I can't wait to see what he brings to the Covert Affairs table.
