CBS' Bad Teacher adaptation has found its Cameron Diaz: Ari Graynor will play the titular role in the comedy pilot.Based on the Diaz film, the pilot stars Graynor as Meredith Davis, an unapologetic trophy wife. But when her husband leaves her without a dime, she gets a job teaching after hearing that there are a lot of rich single dads at a local middle school. (David Alan Grier plays the principal.)

If this show isn't cleverly written it's going to bomb. But then wtf do I know? When Teen Wolf was announced I thought that would bomb as well.

ReplyDeleteThis is going to fail so hard... Or maybe they can pull something out of the bag like Mike & Molly. I still don't know how that show is so popular.
ReplyDeleteI like the premise a lot; asshole protagonist can be very fun to watch if they're in a witty show. But if this bombs I wouldn't be surprised either, it's hard to pull off.
