    Just because you don't see someone in the promo doesn't mean they're not in the episode. Klaus, Caroline, and Tyler have their own subplot going on back in Mystic Falls while this island stuff is going on.

    Well I am not 100% certain but the chances are it's that other Hunter. Silas is supposed to be underground somewhere. Just I'm 99% sure it's not Silas. I could be wrong. His name suggests he'd be Hellinic. Although he may have followers on the island.
