    Air cleared with governor! Steve and Danny on "the chairs," and Grace

    stays! Great episode. Not to mention the set up for more Wo Fat. This was one of my faves!

    I *thought* I recognized Wo Fat's voice! Great ep. Love Danny's confession...I hate Hawaii. Only came here for my kid, don't take her away. Would have been criminal if they had taken her from him. Though I still hate that, after taking all that time to make he and his ex-wife's struggle to be more amicable they just ripped it apart off screen. But for this episode, loved that the senator (or rather guy running for senator) got himself out of the hand cuffs. Great return...now, is there a 3 week break there too? argh.

    Great episode !

    Danno was great in the episode, love all the storyline around Grace custody - Glad he got it !



    For Wo Fat, great return, glad to see him, but I found it really strange that Steve didn't ask anybody to protect his mother - After all he did during the 1st and the 4th episode to protect his mum (maybe too much) , It's unbelievable that he just don't care about his mum at all when he knew that Wo Fat was in the island



    Cath missing ??? hate to repeat that but why have made her a regular if she's missing in half of the episodes ???



    Kono and Chin car chase was great ! Loved it ! and great come back for the governor as well ! Like this guy!


    The end ==> PRICELESS :))) absolutely loved it !

    Of course, I would have killed them if they would make Steve call Catherine to protect his mother lol, I didn't want this again, it was great but twice is enough for me lol

    I agree, it would be great to see Cath, in sunday episode it was great to see her, even if we didn't have any McRoll scene as a couple, she was there and it was great, she wasn't off her duty ... so I loved it - so yeah, I agree with legitimate reasons !!!





    Concerning Doris, I think Steve was too much overprotecting his mum in the episodes 3.01 and 3.04 and now he doesn't care ? It was not realistic at all for me, just a call would be enough but nothing, it's not Steve as they show us in the beginning of the season :)

    I love Michelle Borth's Catherine. But they said they would bring her on slowly, they did not want to have the problems they had with Lori with everyone complaining. Michelle herself said she got the fact that people wanted the original 4 intact. We will see her again, just not every episode, kind of like Max. I think this was the first time they had even mentioned Lori on the show since she left.
    I thought it was a great episode, it was fun to see 2 episodes in a row. I'm thinking with only 10 more shows left we will get repeats until February sweeps, then more repeats.

    Next week we have a repeat of 3x02, 'Kanalua' (with Ed Asner), then on Feb 4th we get 3x15, 'Hookman'.

    Don't live in USA, so bit iffy on what the Feb sweeps are :/
    But there is 3x15 'Hookman' on Feb 4th. Not sure past that.

    Totally agree about bringing Catherine slowly and I do think it's a great idea

    But what I meant was the fact that they made her a regular, why ? they could have done the same episodes, with Catherine being present in almost all episode but without doing her a regular (same as Kamekona for example) and then for season 4 adding her as a regular if they wanted to integrate slowly Cath in :) That's only my point of view because in every episode I'm hoping to see her, and when we don't, I feel kind of frustrated, and miss her a lot lol



    But anyways, I really undestand why they're doing it, and I'm totally for it, I don't want people to don't like the show because she's way to present lol

    Great episode confusing here and there but got better in the last 10 mins. I knew it was Wo Fat when I heard he's voice in the begining should've changed it LOL he sounds different in real life to what he is on the show. Seriously I think Steve needs to talk Kamekona in getting a machine gun fitted onto his helicopter LOL that'll get Wo Fat easy

    It's the same with Masi he wasn't in S2 much either they can't use Masi & Michelle in all the episodes they are staying with the core 4 and keeping the other 2 for the backup

    Like you said about Wo Fat yes I agree you can't just get him right away just like that they gotta find a away to get him at the right time like the first time they got him and now they gotta find a way to get him the 2nd time but differently

    Yes I agree loved the car chase but did you get the feeling that was Alan's car that was trailing too? Because when McDanno arrested him the car he was picking up was the same one that was behind Chin's car when they pulled over the Surburban am I right?

    Yeah the whole episode was great. Especially the Wo Fat part. I didn't see that one coming. What a great way to bring him back into the storyline.

    You need to remember that we (and Steve) don't know where her allegiances lie yet. We don't know why she didn't kill Wo Fat in that room in the premiere. That is still a mystery. Because of this, Steve probably figures that he doesn't need to protect her.

    What I meant, is that I like to keep the things real, and to do so, everything starts with the behaviour and reactions of the main characters

    What I blame them, it's not seeing Steve so worried and calling the SWAT or Catherine to go to the house to protect hs mother, but just a call, telling her that she has to stay at home, doors and windows closed, that's all . he even doesn't worry about her, and if we compare to his reaction in 3.01 and 3.04 that's not the same Steve we have

    it was an awesome episode, the case was really intriguing imo, and i loved the woo fat involvement. this season has been awesome. loved the early moments of steve and danny as well, they are the best partnership around tv right now imo

    Agree about the lack of Cath.. they need to get her in the storylines (with legitimate reasons!)

    As for not protecting his mother... he didn't kill her last time he had the chance (and her story was suss) so Steve probably figured Wo Fat doesn't actually want her dead.

    Loved the episode. Just because Catherine has been named a regular doesn't mean they are going to use her in every episode. However she is now under contract and they could call on her to come on at anytime. The actress can't just go and work on something else when she is not being used, like another tv series. Not worried about the mother at the moment. They haven't brought her up since Christmas. Is the show on a break now?

    I wasn't really paying 100% attention to the ep at the start when I saw the woman at gunpoint. The SECOND that he spoke, I stared with shock at my screen. I knew it was Wo Fat.

    I was doubting a bit why he was in this episode, but he actually fit in brilliantly. It was obvious he was gonna get away. It's like Lenkov said, they destroyed him and now they have to re-build him.
    Danny getting shared custody of Grace was inevitable, but I was still worried when he got that call.

    Awesome ep. Since we've had 3 new episodes in the last 8 days, I can live with waiting till Feb 4th for the next episode.
