Former General Hospital star Rena Sofer has been cast as Queen Eva, the mother of Ginnifer Goodwin's Snow whom we'll see in flashbacks, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

    She sees older than I thought we would get as her mom.Defently not a bad choice.With her and Rose Mcgowan as young cora they defently avoided going after unknown early 20's actresses for snow's mom and cora as young woman.

    Good choice! I've seen her work as a guest star on several shows. She's quite compelling. And has a great smile, perfect for a fairy tale queen imo. I look forward to this episode!
