    Look who's making deals about Regina behind her back again. In a way Rumple and Cora really deserve one another.

    Ugh... I'm not sure what's going on between Cora and Rumpel, but I'm unsettled by any deals to bring back Belle's memories through Cora. Just a BAD.IDEA. Aw, this definately puts a damper on their relationship.

    Fear not, Rumbelle shippers. There's no way in hell they are taking your ship away from you. I, however, as a Regina/happiness shipper, am in a loss of words regarding Rumple/Cora. What if he does turn out to be Regina's dad? It's just the worst parenting award of the century! Who said anything about Darth Vader? That's kid's play.

    Wow, hold on a second, what just happened?!

    Not that I dislike the idea of Rumple reaping what he sow (i.e. Cora having power over him), but damn, those writers truly have it in for Regina, don't they?? Now that Team CorRupt (Cora/Rumple) have set everyone against her, can she handle standing alone contra mundum? I doubt she'll revert back to her Evil Queen state like Cora wants her to, because that would render her entire character development this season completely useless. However I am hoping for some Regina/Henry/Cora scenes, because I'd like Henry to witness first-hand how Cora treats her daughter.

    Can't wait for next week's ep!

    Why do people instantly jump to the conclusion that Rumple is Regina's father? The Cora/Rumple scene is hardly a romantic one. Imo, the kiss is simply an assertion of power and control, much like the Queen/Huntsman kiss in 1x07 in Regina's vault of hearts.

    In that hospital bed kiss scene, I think Rumple must've thought that "true love's kiss" would fix Belle. And woah! What's up with Rumple & Cora's kiss? I've been wondering if Rumple's special fascination with Regina had any special, deeper meaning/connection. Lastly, I wish these CTV promos were in better quality.

    Frankly, I'm more inclined to believe that Regina is king George's daughter rather than Rumple's.

    It is possible that Cora was involved with king George and got pregnant, but he married someone else. Cora was jealous and broken-hearted,so she sought out Rumple and made a deal with him. He gave her the vile of poison which George's wife later drank which prevented her from conceiving a child with George. In return for the poison, Cora promised Rumple the baby, then got married to Henry (his father was probably involved in how that union came to be). But when Regina was born and Rumple was supposed to take her away Cora somehow got out of the deal.

    I think this explanation fits best with Cora's teachings to Regina in 1x18, Henry's tale of Cora's history with Rumple, and afterwards the Regina/Rumple scenes in 2x02, and king George's story in 2x03.

    While cora may have had a thing for rumple (unless the kiss was for something else), it's doubtful that regina is his daughter. He would've cared for her, but rumple really doesn't care about regina. His love for bae is very obvious whereas he has nothing for regina.

    I agree. It's not that it isn't a fine theory, but honestly I don't think we know the true nature of their relationship...let alone if what we learn at any given point is really the whole truth of the matter.

    LOL I had a total 5 year old moment moment when I saw Rumple and Cora kiss...Ewwww...

    Felt weirdly awkward but it always seemed like there was something with those 2 so I guess that's it. Poor Regina. She's just a pawn in their little twisted game.

    OK so Rumple and cora's connections has to stem from the original
    Rumplestilskin story where the peasant girl (cora) has to spin gold and rumple does it for her and by the third time he asks for her first
    born when she marries the king but which king i wonder ? and the baby is def Regina his whole plan was to train this baby to activate the curse

    yeah kinda funny :) Like love Robert Carlyle, I love Emilie De Ravin and on paper I love Belle and Rumple's story but on screen I don't really see chemistry between them.... so if I read (and understand) your first comment better you're right Barbara and Robert have more chemestry :)

    Ugh, Cora and Rumple making a deal over Regina is just disgusting! Does Rumple really believe that Cora just wants Regina back for good, without any hidden agenda?? I hope Regina will be able to put this "game" finally to an end and emancipates herself from all this shit!

    I like Rumple and Belle as a couple, but I guess I'm not as invested as most. Plus I've found that shows usually start to go downhill when writers start adjusting their scripts just to satisfy shippers. There's so much more going for this series, and if Rumbelle (or any other couple), were to be separated, it wouldn't ruin the show for me, as long as it made sense to the plot.

    A one second kiss and I completely ship Rumple/Cora. In my head. I suppose in the show it will turn out as a 'You-Bring-Belle's-Memories-Back-And-I-Help-You-Annoy-Your-Daughter' deal, sealed by an 'Unbreakable Vow Kiss' or whatever...

    I'm sure Rumple just called a truce with Cora in order to help Belle remember and maybe Cora kissed Rumple so that Rumple's kiss would restore Belle's memories (although it doesn't look like the kiss worked from the promo). I don't know this idea might be out there :)
