“Take Me Home, Country Roads” (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

DISCOVERING WHAT IS IMPORTANT — George (Scott Porter) is given the responsibility of watching Tansy’s (guest star Mircea Monroe) most prized possession, her dog, but panics when the dog goes missing. Wade (Wilson Bethel) starts to feel frustrated by the lack of alone time with Zoe (Rachel Bilson), especially when she is focused more on not losing her good status in the town to a new doctor, Jonah (guest star Travis Van Winkle), who also happens to be Brick’s (Tim Matheson) nephew. Brick is ready to let the town know about his relationship with Shelby (guest star Laura Bell Bundy), but Lemon (Jaime King) and Magnolia (guest star Claudia Lee) are doing everything they can to get rid of her. Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) wants to take a chance on a new relationship, but first has to clear the air with one person. Jeremiah Chechik directed the episode written by Carter Covington (#214).

    Every time I see the name "Travis Van Winkle" I get him mixed up with Robert Van Winkle so I immediately get pissed off because I think a show I watch has lost its mind and booked Vanilla Ice as a guest star. I've got to stop doing that.

    I didn't think I'd like Brick and Shelby but I do. She softens him a bit and she doesn't seem so crazy when she's around him. I still think George and AnnaBeth should be together, they'd be perfect.

    I guess Lavon will ask Lemon if it's okay to ask AB out... I don't think he needs to, but it's nice for him to do so, because I have a feeling AB might not be too comfortable about it....

    I am liking Brick and Shelby. I'm not head over heals for it, but it is cute for what it is.

    I hope this doesn't signal break-up bells for George and Tansy. I mean, if they can survive his parents then they can make it passed Dolly Parton going missing for a bit.

    Fingers crossed Wade doesn't also feel threatened by Jonah, but at least the eppy description doesn't seem to imply that!
