Sounds like this is going to be one strange episode.
ReplyDeleteErrrr... say what?!
ReplyDeleteSounds crazy. Crazy is good!
ReplyDeleteYeap...
ReplyDeleteStill interesting though...
The last dog-centric episode was pretty bad. Hope this one will be better..
ReplyDeleteWell, this is different. My daughter's best friend is Wiccan. I really hope they did their homework.
ReplyDeletethe most funny thing is # 6 snip remind me episode all dogs go to haven the lady will act like a real dog if sam or dean threw a ball ,.HA,.ha,.HA
ReplyDeleteAfter thinking a bit, I wonder if that dog is actually the one Sam hit...
ReplyDeleteOK, this sounds even more weird than All Dogs go to Heaven, but hey I liked that one.
ReplyDeletesounds interesting
ReplyDeletenot sure what 'Portia is very attractive and is the human version of James's dog' means though, I'm guessing it means she is the dog in human form?
the James/nightmares/murder stuff sounds really interesting
we shall see how this plays out
bonus points if Riot at least gets a mention
Ha so messed up. lol
ReplyDeleteRiot's a male dog...
ReplyDeletelmao hilarious thought. I'm sure Dean will have a few funny things to say about it.
ReplyDeleteHuh! Sounds like the usual mediocrity which is the only thing these writers can express.
ReplyDeleteAnother love story. A Bitten sounding spin-off, .slated to give the guest stars plenty of screen time and the Winchesters the least possible!
And here I was hoping for a Riot (Sam's dog) episode :((
ReplyDelete(Thought Riot was gonna help Dean and Sam with a case :D!!!)
I love the dog. He is just the best part of the flashbacks.
ReplyDeleteIt's starting to look like S8 will have more one-offs than even S7. I am getting annoyed that there isn't more myth-arc episodes. Maybe the Word/Closing hell theme is less fertile with ideas than it seems on the surface, because they aren't giving us much of it.
ReplyDeleteThe one thing I'm hoping for in this one is some witch transforming the Impala into human form, and Dean getting one night with his only real true love. Well, if you write fanfiction, Human Impala is the inevitable result, no?
Um, somebody has been reading way too many Southern Vampire Mystery novels. I willing to have an open mind and at least it isn't what I thought it was going to be (thank goodness) but again, with too literal of a title. Just going to be shaking my head over here in the corner.
ReplyDeleteum what are you talking about, cas doesn't count as his love? impala is his baby, and now it just sounds awkward
ReplyDeleteWell, I am not a fan of "Destiel" so I don't agree that Cas is Dean's "love". He is Sam and Dean's good friend in canon.
ReplyDeleteAnd my comment was meant as a joke. Making Baby into a human would be fun. If they are going to do something stupid like making dogs human, it would be amusing to see the equivalent for the Winchesters.
Well they did have Sam as the car. lol
ReplyDeleteNo, Castiel doesn't count as Dean's "love" because he isn't. :\
ReplyDeleteThey haven't given him enough character development IMO ;)
ReplyDeleteTouche'! You got me there.
ReplyDeleteSounds like Wilfred. Don't they have an original ideas?
ReplyDeleteImpala as human. Huh, just had an image of what Amy Pond said the the Doctor when that happened to the TARDIS in series six, but with Sam and Dean instead. Dean: "She's a woman and she's the Impala." Sam: "Did you wish really hard?" If it works for Doctor Who, it works for SPN. They have time travel now, too, so ...
ReplyDeleteThis is SPN ... I wouldn't count on it. *shudders recalling the Rakshasa in season 2*
ReplyDeleteMaybe Portia had a sex change.
ReplyDelete...Are you fucking kidding me? That's really creepy, especially if the Wiccan turned his dog human after having already built up the trust/his relationship with her as her master. And yea, I imagine other Wiccans would disapprove of you screwing your dog, most people would, actually. Also, why does it matter that she's attractive? Have you seen this show? Sam and Dean don't tend to hang around ugly people, except for in that one episode with the wishing well where the guy was all upset because he wasn't pretty like Sam and Dean. Jesus, Kripke, is this really an episode you want to write? Don't you have any more monsters you wanna talk about? Because that'd probably be more way more interesting than this weird thing... I mean WTF? Are you high??
ReplyDeleteMaybe they could end the episode with Portia running off with Riot after having decided she'd rather be a dog again.
