    WIth Derek and Amelia being neuro-surgeons, Nancy being an OB/GYN and Lizzie obviously some kind of psychiatrist or therapist, that only leaves Kathleen. We already know she's a psychiatrist but she should really make an appearance. Also, it would be really fun to see all of them together at some point, maybe with mother Shepherd, she was great!
