I get some tweets to my phone. Laurie Holden tweeted this out tonight...first the top one, which she yanked REALLY fast and sent the second one instead. They're not done filming Season 3 for another couple weeks as it is...so either she's not in that much of the finale (really, a main character not in that much?) OR something bad happens to Andrea in the season finale...things that make you go hhmmmmm
Isn't that reading into it a little bit? It doesn't necessarily mean that she's going to be killed off... Nor does it mean she's leaving. All you could gather from that is her role is small in the finale, and that she's going to miss the cast over the break. There's no way she'd be allowed to announce that she's leaving just like that, so I can't imagine she'd post the tweet in the first place if she was off the show.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the way things are at the moment it could just be that if they are already shooting the finale, they may just have done the Woodbury scenes first and she did say specifically for season 3 not the whole series.
ReplyDeleteThe fact it was pulled fairly quickly though is a bit worrying. I hope she's not leaving, I know it's a dangerous world and people die but there's a point where it just starts to get ridiculous. xD
Yeah, im with Lyle on this one. They did film scenes with Laurie Holden during the end of season 2 also a week or two before everything else was done filming. People was saying she was written out back then also.

Oh please, let this be true. I've hated her since the very beginning. I don't know though, could be just the end of her shooting for this season but then again, why delete it?

Her last day shooting for season 3, not altogether. I don't know how they schedule their actors. Maybe they finished shooting her parts early. Maybe she is not featured a lot in the finale. It could mean any number of things.
ReplyDeleteIf Andrea dies i'm out. So sorry, I know that Andrea (TV Show) is not likeable, but is my favorite in the comic besides Michonne, and I'm not willing to tolerate her death. I'm so angry already because of her treat in the series, that this would be the last. Sorry for my english, spanish here.
ReplyDeleteIf she's really leaving the show I hope they at least give her a good death. She used to be one of my favourite characters but I've hated her even more than Merle this season.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think she pulled the tweet becuase it could be read as it was her last day ever and that's not what she meant. I'm sure we're all just reading into it too much. Specualting is always fun though :)

ReplyDeleteBut isn't this just the first part of season 3, wouldn't it have been better to have said "last day of filming this year". But then maybe thats why she deleted it. I really hope this isn't the end for Andrea, in the comics she and Michonne are my favourites. TV Andrea has so much more story to tell and the potential is finally there, I hoped the revelations that the Governor and Woodbury isn't a safe haven would be the event to turn Andrea into the next development of her character. On the plus side, I'm really glad they found Carol alive and well :D
Yeah, it´s really a shame how they treat a character or how they changed Axel to that country-redneck.
