Another strong ep that set up some good stuff for Fusco, who just when he thought he was out, they just keep pulling him back in... Loved seeing Zoe again (who obviously enjoyed her butt pat with "Mr Anderson"). Besides Bear and his squeaky toy, the best moments were Reese asking Finch what "he" said to Maxine as Finch was getting his flirt on via text (I think that Finch had a crush on her, lol), and Finch's face when he was standing in Reese's closet of firepower... lol
I like the HR story. I wonder if they are going to keep the storyline for the whole season. I would like to see them bring back Elias for an episode or two.
Person of Interest never disappoints me. Like usual, I loved this episode. Lots of action, dug into HR plot more, it was funny at some points (like Bear and his toy and then the butt pat). XD
I think HR is just a part. About Elias they definitely try to bring him back later this season. The major plan is build four strong storyline HR, Elias, Kara Stanton and of course Root.
Wow this episode was awesome. Simply fantastic and brilliant. I believe the head of HR was one of Maxime's contacts and the campaign manager. He was not her FBI contact though. That was a different guy.
this is episode is EXTREMELY high on my favorites list. I have not laughed so hard at an ep of POI before and every hilarious moment fit...they were just perfect. The date...The closet...the squeaky toy.
And I love that they didn't give me the chance to use my casting cheat... they gave us the hint that the campaign manager was the head of HR and still I missed it. I love it! Awesome episode.
Fusco...you disappointed me tonight. Have you not yet learned that John really means it when he says he has your back. Now, you're going to get a lecture when John comes to the rescue. I love this character. He's such a wonderful contrast to Carter's straight arrow.
Again Wow, I loved so many great things about this fantastic episode, Just to add few that was not mentioned: Finch being great at flirting Bringing Back FBI agent Donnelly. Zoe patting Reese's butt,
..so..freak.sexy.awesome,reporters verify first then publish to avoid bad people or mafia bullets.the dog scene I LOVE IT ..grrr.hau,.,hau,.,ja,.,ja,.,ja,.,reese,.grap but.....mmmmm...ENVY...yesss
Loved the ending when we saw the real Head of HR...the black guy called Quinn....i recognized him from the HBO show "The Wire"...i Loved him in that....hope we see him again....☺....
I enjoyed this episode. Fusco's side story was interesting. Glad to see Zoe again. I like Reese with Zoe better than with that reporter, although the reporter was an interesting guest star. She might be a good return character if she could prove useful for the team, without trying to expose them. Loved Bear.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
i dont get it who was that guy in the end who is the HR Boss?
ReplyDeletehe was the reporter's contact, although I don't think we have seen him on the series before
ReplyDeleteI believe that was the FBI guy from earlier in the episode, the one the POI gave the anonymous tip about the HR head.
ReplyDeleteThis episode is by far the strongest this season, and possibly the series, behind last season's finale. Forget Root, HR is far more interesting
ReplyDeleteI agree, fantastic
ReplyDeleteI think he was the campaign manager for the candidate who eventually became mayor
ReplyDeleteWow just wow. Person of Interest is absolutely incredible.
ReplyDeleteMaxime character is fantastic and the revelation of HR big boss is simple brilliant.
Plus: A lot of funny moments in this episode.

ReplyDeleteAwesome as usual.
ReplyDeleteGreat as always, but the case, I mean, the reporter was really annoying for me.

@magnutude:disqus is correct. The HR Boss was working as a campaign manager for Griffith. His name was not in the ledger...because he never got paid.
ReplyDeleteAwesome points magnutude,
ReplyDeleteLove Fusco too.
ReplyDeleteThis show is really Exciting.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you João,
ReplyDeleteEnjoyable.

ReplyDeleteTop-notch episode. It was an hour well spent.
ReplyDeleteTell me plz the music that played at the end of the episode. Thanks in advance.
ReplyDeleteGreat episode!
ReplyDeleteLoved the ending when we saw the real Head of HR...the black guy called Quinn....i recognized him from the HBO show "The Wire"...i Loved him in that....hope we see him again....☺....
ReplyDeleteReese & Maxine's conversation at the end - was it one of those "wink wink" conversations where she knew he's the man in the suit?
ReplyDeleteThe song playing at the end was "Building Steam with a Grain of Salt" by DJ Shadow
Many thanks for the name of the song, and Ramni Djawadi is doing an awesome Job as the music composer of this great show.,
