New Line is cobbling together its "MacGyver" movie, entering talks with James Wan after the director's supernatural horror pic "The Conjuring" pleased studio brass.

    If RDA isn't playing the lead role, or in the very least, a cameo AS MacGyver, I won't be seeing the movie. Can't have a MacGyver movie without MacGyver.

    New Mac Gyver? Is it a reboot? Or a sequel? Perhaps the Son of Mac Gyver? I wonder will it have that cool Mike Post style 80's music as the theme?

    um hello Jared Padalecki!He played Macgyver's nephew in a pilot about 10 years ago. He's a great actor, he has great hair and it would be a great project for him.
