really, really great episode (AWESOME!). The young guest star was phenomenal, and all the small character moments were very touching (Alex/Nikita, Michael/Nikita). Bring on next week!
True, sometimes "bad" stuff gets more attention than more deserving of shows (take Two and a Half Men vs. Parks & Rec/Community). Or in movies Paranormal Activity, although I don't have much room to talk, I love the Saw franchise.
Anyway back on topic, hopefully, if the show does get cancelled, they're given plenty of notice and they can wrap up the show and give it a proper ending.
Another knockout ep for such a wonderful yet under appreciated show.... soo much goodness to be had in the ep, but loved the tons of Alex/Nikita bonding moments, Alex truly relating and being affected by Liza and her parents, and Birkhoff nerding out when he took over the servogun and being grumpy because he was the last to know about the engagement.... fingers crossed that we see some improvement in the ratings somehow.... this, Arrow, and SPN are easily the best shows on the CW...
Was sooo good! I'd like to say that the little girl acted briliantly! It's funny, how good the show gets the worst the ratings are! If nothings happens, at least we gonna have a wonderful thrid season!
Yeah, that's all I really care about with any show. Not the length, but how it all ends. Cliffhangers at the end make me want to bang my head against something. lol
Ya based on the abysmal ratings thus far I don't see a Season 4 happening. And with a lot of Division cleaned up already, I think it's not out of the scope for the show to naturally conclude at the end of this season.
I wondered if that was the case...because I honestly have never, ever seen a single episode of Nikita that is awful. Oh well. I guess if those people have nothing better to do...
Love that Alex was playing Agen Pierce! Even if Sean was no where to be seen (where was he??). Bet the actor who got kiss ass kicked by the kid wasn't too happy about it =P. Overall it was enjoyable but not the best they've had. Ending was really sweet, I do love how this show can be action packed and kick ass but still focus on family and relationships. Teared up every time Alex did!
"Maybe it is a new division." I was a little worried during the season finale. At this point....I am thrilled with the direction the show is taking. Nice that Michael knew about the key card hiding place but never busted her. "Who's Nikita?" "MY recruit." SWEET!!! The only thing I wanted was for Nikita to get her engagement ring back before the episode was over. (I knew why and I loved the ending...the romantic and would have liked it.) Birkhoff was awesome..and hysterical...and I think he may have earned a couple of points with the object of his affections (I've forgotten her name) The young lady playing Liza/Sarah/Jessica was really great.
Great by normal TV standards, decent only by Nikita standards. This episode had a lot of good moments - the Nikita/Alex/Liza ending was beautiful and poignant, and I love how they keep focusing on Nikita and Alex's relationship, the heart of the show - but I'm not feeling the "villain of the week" thing. Nikita's serialized storytelling is much more compelling. Hopefully, the show kicks into high gear when Amanda and Owen come back in 3x04.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Awesome episode. Such a great ending between Nikita and Michael and then Alex and Nikita bringing the girl home. :)
ReplyDeletereally, really great episode (AWESOME!). The young guest star was phenomenal, and all the small character moments were very touching (Alex/Nikita, Michael/Nikita). Bring on next week!
ReplyDeleteAwesome episode. Ending was great and loved Birkhoff when he took over the machine. Best show currently on the CW, wish it had better ratings.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's horrible how low it is. Deserves much better. :( But isn't that how it is? Look at how popular some bad movies are, etc.

Freaking amazing, this show is on a roll!
