A dream? Nooo. Didn't see that coming. That kiss at the end had me hoping she really was remembering, and then..... . Poor Nick. Can't wait until next week because it looks like there really will be a Juliette/Renard hookup. BTW, tonight was the first time I noticed the Captain wears a wedding ring. The COTW was good. I guess the Bottle Imp was referring to the girl, little imp that she was.
I was surprised that they were not playing out the Juliet amnesia storyline as long as I expected.... and then the alarm sounded! XD I feel for it too.... because I wanted to I guess.
Trying not to read other comments yet. From the way Dad was talking when he said the truck would be recognized I thought...it's the little girl isn't it?
My first thought when Nick took Hank into the trailer 'Nick's building an army.' I think its great....improve's Nick's life expectancy.
When Monroe gave that poor little guy the wrong medicine I freaked out. He is going to be so upset when he realizes it.
****** I loved this ep. I'm guessing that whoever wrote it has a daughter. I know a lot of parents have been worried about their daughters starting their periods early. (My brother in law was described as going full on Scarlet O'Hara in his distress....because it was "too soon! TOO SOON! :-) Anyway, that just made the resolution work really well for me. I was conflicted about the end because I thought it was really sad that those parents lost their child but also that it was really cool to discover that the Wesen have some checks and balances in place.
While I loved Monroe's little vignette...there was something missing for me. I'm not quite sure what...but something. Note to Monroe...when mixing medicine always always always re-read the label before you add it to the container. :-)
I got suspicious when she announced that she remembered. Then I got annoyed (okay...it pretty much amounted to sticking my tongue out at the TV) that they'd teased me in by using her saying "I remember" in the promo.
Why did they fool me like that!? I never thought that could be a dream. Wow that would be weird to see another man when you're kissing your boyfriend (who you don't remember) Adalind is back too!! Wonder what's going to happen next week!
I was on the edge- I was Hopeful she would remember, but the way shows are now days I was expecting Something... then the alarm goes off! Ha!
Am looking forward to the Renard/Juliette storyline.....they've been leading up to it for so long. And just what EXACTLY are the Royal Family? I really want some info on that... especially since Adalind will be conniving with Cap'n's brother (Yay- James Frain is such an awesome baddie ).
Really felt for Hank in the trailer, when he finally realizes just how long this has been going on & and that Monroe Saved him with the elephant shotgun.
Monroe: at least you got your balance back ! haha
Why was April (our little Imp) staring at Nick w that creepy (knowing?) smile .... is there more to that? I knew that she was the cause of the deaths just from the title, but there seemed to be more going on.... just couldn't put my finger on it. Anyone else get the impression that there is more to this/the girl/the look?
I think we'll be learning more about the royal family next week, which, from the title (The Other Side), I believe will tell us more about the Europeans. I wonder if April's stare had to do with knowing he's a Grimm? I'm also looking forward to next week.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Oh! I thought she was talking to the guard but Nick couldn't see her in the glass.
ReplyDeleteI make myself that promise every season. The longest I've been able to make it is one week for a two parter. I have to watch _now_. ;-)
