DAISY BETTS: The amazing thing about this show is that it actually has a little something for everyone, and that’s what I liked about it. I was a little dubious, at first, with the Naval element because I thought, “Oh, my goodness, the first 10 pages of this script is all jargon. I have to read it three times before I understand what’s happening.” That’s particularly hard when you see something on the page. Obviously, it’s a little bit easier on screen. So, once I got past that, I just could not put it down. I was like, “Where is this going? Oh, my god!” I said to my husband, “Oh, my god, there are nuclear weapons and they’re actually going to fire!” I just couldn’t believe that they were going there.

I really enjoy her character. There are a very large number of enjoyable characters on this show actually, but if I had to pick some favorites she would be among them. I didn't know the actress before but she is doing an excellent job so far
