I'm glad Go On seems consistent. Is it bad of me to wish for The New Normal's downfall if it might help Community? I went into this season hoping for all of NBC's shows to fail, but I actually like Go On and Revolution is ok.
While, I understand that you want Community to succeed that is bad. I mean, I really don't like when people wish that other shows do badly...what's the point? Besides, it probably won't change Community's situation and that show has been given plenty of chances... The fact is Community has managed to last 4 seasons with terrible ratings is a miracle and I'm certain it's only because it was on NBC. I hope you don't take this in a wrong way, I do like Community and I really hope it can continue for a long time.
Why wish for any show to do badly, and why Revolution? So many people are looking forward to this show, including me....To answer your question yes,it is bad,or any show.
Quite happy about Go On. That show won me over at the pilot but hasn't disapointed me yet. I will watch 1x03 later on today, but I am pretty excited it is doing well in the ratings ;)
That's true, it is unfair of me to hope for the fall of all these shows for my favorite. It is completely selfish of me, but the way ratings are measured and the track record of cancellations has made me constantly worry about Community's future. I am happy it lasted this long and I would be happy if we had a full final season. Ideally all show could stick around and the fans could be happy.
I was/am looking forward to Revolution as well. The pilot was a bit underwhelming and the track record of big shows like this, especially on NBC, have been poor. But if it came down to Revolution and Community, I'd pick Community personally.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I'm so happy for Go On! Really hoping it gets a full season renewal soon. It's my favorite new fall show so far.
ReplyDeletethe numbers for new normal are pretty bad, aren't they? I love this show! Especially last night's episode...
ReplyDeleteActually they're still okay, not great but good.
ReplyDeletei'm glad, thanks
