    If you know that this is the last episode of the Ponds and you have seen the promotional photos, not that much.

    The only thing that may be classified as spoiler is Moffat teasing the final fate of the characters, but not giving up anything. It's mostly just sad.

    I caught up on the last two season in the last 3 weeks, so I had no year long breaks with the Ponds.

    Why did they had to include that song in the video? :(
