Thanks to laura3341 for the heads up.
"Once Upon A Time" showrunners Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz have extended their overall deal with ABC Studios.
The duo will remain at Disney for an additional three years, but that could extend to a fourth year should "Once" be granted a third season in 2013-14. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The duo scored this past season as creators and executive producers of "Once," the highest-rated new scripted series on ABC and third most watched show overall on the network. As part of the deal, they are committing to remain showrunners on the series for the duration of its run.

At least we know we will get their vision and not from someone coming in at the end and giving us theirs....As it should be!!

ReplyDeleteGreat news, looks like OUAT will be around for a while.
ReplyDeleteThis. :)
ReplyDeleteKeeping the show runners on a show is always a good sign! :)
ReplyDeleteExactly! I really hate when a show changes it's showrunners. The vision will be at least the same. I have a big trust in these showrunners after seeing a wonderful first season. And the plans for the second season looks promising!!!
ReplyDeleteSounds good to me, as long as they keep telling stories well.
